Why loosen the camshaft pulley and yet leave in the tining pin? Surely with the pin in the loosened camshaft pulley cannot rotate to equaliss the tension on both sides of the belt?
Thank you very much for your question. Usually, the crank pulley bolt have a right-hand thread - so turn clockwise to 'tighten' the screw, counterclockwise to 'loosen' it. In all cases please carry out the repair strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions. Kind regards, your Continental-Team
Hallo .
Ridiculous water pump design, they could have made it serviceable without the need to unbolt the fuel pump pulley. Don't even get me started on the brake vacuum pump!!
Great video, thanks

Great video! Thank you! How would you compare this engine with Iveco F1AE3481D 96KW in terms of reability and service? Thank you!
Is crank pulley bolt left hand thread or right hand thread?
