I think my favorite thing in your home is the green artwork that your sister did for you!
The little simple things you share with us is what makes you such a special person!! I am so glad you are in my life even though you are far away!!
Love the unique pattern and color of the new velvet stocking. One of my favorite things to decorate with are pinecones. Today when I went grocery shopping... I took a large basket with me. Before I go in, I gather all the fallen pine cones on the ground. They're everywhere and free for the taking! Large, small, open . closed. I spray some gold or silver.. I roll some in Elmers glue ,then german glitter. Ornaments, bowl fillers, suspended from frames and art... in a large basket on th garden bench. The possibilities are endless. And like your Christmas socks on the bulletin board....I have purchased childrens gloves and mittens in all shades of white and ivory ,and made a garland for my armoire or fireplace. A real nod to winter.
I love your holiday towel idea using them as napkins! You could use them after Christmas to wrap glass or breakable items for storage.

ANOTHER treat! I became obsessed with your channel during the Christmas season of 2021. What do you call the painting of the lady? Rena? Love this video! Pointing out all the little details we might have missed in your other videos...My favorite takeaway is how you embellish your artwork with simple greenery, stockings, or ribbon with bells/keys. Also I now have to make some pomanders! I like to use ornaments in strange places, but the ribbon you added really elevates them further...Thanks for sharing all these ideas.

Some very clever ideas here! I will be adopting some. I was in my garden in 7a New York today journaling my plants and graphing them out in your journal. I like the pocket for receipts and tags from the plants! Great book! it’s dirty already from being outside with me! 🌹🌼🌸🌞
I seen years ago that people wrapped their pictures on the wall and put bows on them as they hang on the wall. They looked like gift boxes.

I cannot see a pomander studded with cloves without being reminded of how, in my misspent youth, these cloven fruit were used. Cloves freshen the breath. One takes a clove from the fruit into one’s mouth, then passes it to another in a kiss. It was a delightful game!

Beautiful! Just a heads up to fellow fur baby parents, eucalyptus, and eucalyptus oil, is extremely toxic for cats so if you use it, please put it somewhere our curious babies can’t get to it. The only place I dare to have it in my home is hung around the shower head because, even if it falls, they can’t open the shower door.
