So rewarding to see TTY play with so much grace, intelligence, athleticism, and humility. The beauty of her play is she doesn't need a strong smash like ASY or AY or CM. And Having watched her matches this past year the times she loses her footing and confidence in tie break has led to disappointment with opponent overtaking her but what a match to see her hold her ground. Congrats on the big win!!

TTY really encapsulates all the things I love about this sport: technique, resilience, willpower, HUMILITY, RESPECT, focus and that extra bit of genius. She got the true light spirit and wins with her creativity. In a way Marin arrogance manage to bring the best out of her because she ignite the will to stay focused and put marin in her place.. TTY can flat out OUTSMART the barking opponent.
I have watched this match a few times now and still takes my breath away. The way TTY was obviously injured with her left leg but came out like a tiger in the last half is so awe inspiring. Love to see her clenched fist raised when she won hard earned points. Never tire of seeing her magic. The semifinal vs ASY was almost better for the sheer determination and skill of both players and that legendary final game when her back was to the wall and she rose to such a high level. Queen TTY legend of imagination, skill, strength and courage!
