    Why can't you use your routers WPS button and the WPS button on the extender to handle the set up instead of relying on an app to do it?

    Thank you so much for making this video! I recently got this same extender and I was looking for reviews incase it was not going to be good, it will be arriving tomorrow. Thanks so much

    I know this is a 2 yr old video, but it saved my butt. Not much help from the TP site. Didn't find any help with other videos on here either. Most showed how to use the WPS button, which my router doesn't have. I have tried for 2 days and found your video. The only thing I can add is if you need to reset the unit, stick the paperclip or sim tool into the hole and don't remove it until it lights up. I was just sticking it in until it clicked and removed it. Once I got it truly reset, followed your video - it was easy as 123! Thanks

    • @KillerReviews
      @KillerReviews  Год назад

      I do not know. My guess is no. This is for the home. Watching Netflix, streaming video games on Twitch, simply extending Wi-Fi coverage to more parts of your home so you can connect things like your printer, Amazon Alexa, XBox.

      ah. found it. on the app there's the onemesh option that allows you to use the device as mesh instead of just an extender.
      could you make a video of the mesh set up?
      😊thanks

    • @KillerReviews
      @KillerReviews  8 месяцев назад

      mesh is multiple extenders. i am using one extender so do not have mesh, it is not necessary for our home. so i will not be making a video. you will need a second extender in a different part of the house to make it a mesh network. thank you for commenting and have a great day!

    OK, after five hours and ten or twelve videos about the TP Link 750, I'm about ready to give up. You skipped over all the parts that tell me how to set up the range extender. I wish I could find them somewhere. I get one green button. And no, I don't know what an ap is, so talking about an ap like I could find it on my cellular phone is not very helpful.
