I honestly want more "cross-over summoning mechanics". Like I wanna have a Ritual Spell that specifically Fusion Summons a monster. It'd be all kinds of weird, messed up, and confusing but I'd love it.
They have several spells that do both for in archetype decks

Technically the third if we count the anime. The first Rank 13 was New Orders 13 - Etheric Amen, which was never released.

Yoo, I never thought of that. That's cool. Using Ranks numbers to add into a bigger rank that way, they should add XYZ tuners that allow for these type of interaction with Ranks monsters

There is a card called Black and White Wave. It lets you banish an XYZ monster with a synchro monster attached as material and draw one card. This card is terrible but I love it and it, alone with that one pendulum that gives XYZ monsters a level, makes me want an archetype all about using XYZ and Synchros to summon each other.
Try the Entity archetype, it fits what you want but several of their core cards are banned for good reason.

Its a rank up magic card it would be like a fusion card that only lets you fuse with multiple fusion monsters

The yugioh wiki is a good ressource for that. I'd say jusy try to learn rulings gradually. I learned the most off trial and error on automated systems like Edopro Ignis

Overlay a tuner and non tuner who's total levels equal its rank for materials
Rank up on top of a Synchro with a Level = to its Rank
I would also love to see an all ritual pendulum deck that pendulum summons its ritual monsters like using a ritual spell. Probably should still pay the cost too, but idk
