And Sylphie is written consistently of being okay with Rudy 'making out' with other woman, like even when they just got married she did say that being an elf would make it hard for her to bear children thus Rudy can take mistress to make children with. For her being so acceptant on Rudy being polygamous came from her growing so used to the Greyrat family with Paul having 2 wives.
So yeah when she got married, Sylphie was ready with this possible outcome knowing how well the greyrat man handle the house.

Also Rudy crying for the 2nd time after he got reincarnated...was when he had a child (1st time was when Eris left him after his "first time").
