The dragon stocks have gone up massively by default of genetics in my opinion. Father of Luffy and Son of Garp, both top tier supreme users. It would be silly to assume that he isn't a COC user. He also has his advanced armament techniques which he has passed onto Sabo which are super powerful in themselves.

I took Kaido’s word as gospel. We’d already seen his claim be correct before he said it. Luffy went from getting one shotted by Kaido, to going toe to toe with him by learning advanced armament and advanced conqueror’s. And he needed his future sight to keep up with Kaido too.

If two people both have future sight, they’re basically negging each other’s ability; since they’re both looking into the future. You missed Ryuma. If youre going to count Mihawk in Supreme, you need to out Ryuma somewhere around there as well. You also have to count his mythical status. Most of the conqueror’s haki users have reputations of Mythical proportions (Roger PK, Garp HM, Whitebeard WSM, Joyboy…. joyboy)

From my understanding you can tell if an attack is going to have adv conq haki if it has the "ZZT" sound effect when the user is charging up the attack. This is very accurate since the "ZZT" appears in the Wano flashback, rooftop, galaxy impact but not honesty impact. But thats just what I believe, Im sure the anime will make it much more clear on what it is.

Blackbeards Quaker Crash damage output was equal to or greater than Garps Galaxy Impact. I’m not saying Blackbeards coc is strong as Garps but the devil fruit helps close the gap. That fruit carried Whitebeard to the top he doesn’t belong in peak supreme with Gol D Roger. Garp would’ve one tapped him in Marineford war

You dont need Conq haki to combat DF or their abilities, law showed us this recently when Doc Q turned him into a female and he reverted back. He even had a line about it.
Law reverted the effect on his own body. Conquerors negates the devil fruit users power altogether and even reverses transformations. Completely different

Rayleigh has shown the most impressive and versatile haki feats till this day. We still haven't even see him do a serious attack yet with his haki. Go back and watch all his haki moments and all the timea he's displayed haki. He's so far displayed reg and adv conq, arm, and observ. Standing 10 toes on he's the most impressive and the best haki person we've seen so far in the verse. Even when we first met him he used observ and recalled the scenery that happened in the auction room without even being present in the room. Tossed cannons like small pebbles, used a haki beam to knock out the elephant, humbly showed Marco what ryou is, showed Luffy how to remove sea stone cuffs, and out paced and smarted Kizaru's movements, and teased BB with some adv conq haki. The man quit pirating/fighting like 30 years ago, the WG knows where he lives and still does not want smoke with him 🤣. Rayleigh is PEAK. I don't want to even imagine what he was doing in his prime with Roger.

I think Koby is a Conqueror's Haki user, just a dormant one. He's never truly been pushed, never truly realized the resolve to die for something he must accomplish at all costs. I feel like the panel in this past chapter where he declares he must stop Luffy from achieving his dream is foreshadowing/a precursor to his eventual awakening. He'll have to put his feelings about Luffy aside and give everything to what his core beliefs and goals are. Maybe I'm wrong. The latest Vivre Card reiterates what the manga has revealed about Mihawk's character. They can't spoil Mihawk’s possession of Conqueror's Haki, as that would undermine the excitement of Oda revealing it in the manga. If some fans still think Mihawk does not have CoC, it would make Shanks look weak in comparison. Imagine if Shanks is the Haki God of One Piece-how could he struggle and have multiple draws against Mihawk if Mihawk only used Color of Armament and Color of Observation Haki during their legendary duels, which shook the Grand Line and impressed even Whitebeard? Given that Shanks had both of his arms at that time, it indicates he possessed tremendous swordsmanship and Haki.
If Mihawk went toe-to-toe with a Haki God like Shanks, whose CoC is comparable to Joy Boy’s, and stalemated him, it would elevate Mihawk's status and power to a different tier compared to figures like Shanks, Roger, Rayleigh, Luffy, Zoro, Nusjuro, Garling, and others who rely on CoC to overpower their opponents. This would prove that Mihawk is the epitome of pure strength and skill in the realm of swordsmen. His Color of Armament Haki and Color of Observation Haki would be the strongest in the verse, considering he stalemated Shanks without possessing CoC. No wonder, after over 1,000 chapters, Oda still refers to Mihawk as "Sekai Saikyou no Kenshi," which translates to "World's Strongest Swordsman."

If he did use conquerors, they would all be down not because of the power of the blow but because of the aura with it. No fodder can stay up when a conqueror gets serious (old or not)

Lets be honest, Garp is a haki based fighter but doing it with haki alone and your fist is just not enough to be at the top. That galaxy impact was was just using over the top animation and I am not even hating, but I think that King Kong Gun Luffy with ryou can clash but would lose to a galaxy impact because its just a physical attack coated with King's haki. Dressrosa Luffy was able to send shockwaves out to the sea and split the entire town in two. Zoro was also able to cut down Pica. Now if we give these guys conqueror's haki coating back in dressrosa they will most likely scale to old garp. A galaxy impact is not bringing down a yonko or an admiral, the attack is probably too slow and they can counter and weaken it before it lands with devil fruit or regular armament. Imagine all three admirals casually holding their hands out blocking the shockwave like they did in marineford. *I feel like the one piece community is getting lost in the sauce of the cool animation. *

Yeah, thats about what my head cannon tells me. The OG characters are just built different. The newer generation(Shanks, Mihawk) they learned from the OGs, thus, they have more skills, using a little less power(cant beat old man strength) than the OG characters. And now its Luffys turn to disocver this ultimate supreme super dooper ancient Haki strength.
