Tigers are not going to be good for a while especially their long time Owner Iilitch recently passing away. Its a surprise for the real good team they had for about a decade(making the playoffs almost every year in that period) and yet they never won the world series. They should have won in 2006 vs weak Cardinals team.
With that said now ex-Tigers players like JD now have new life and can make a deep run at the world series or even finally win a ring.
