She’s very truthful about her addiction. I love that she wasn’t offended. Great interview, Lamont. I wish her husband could be there for her. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏❤️
Lamont, thank you for this video, I am in my 50's, never drank, never been drunk nor have I ever done illegal drugs. I feel so bad and sorry for Beth and all the others. I just hope they can be strong one day to quit, get healthy, sober and enjoy life. Blessing of Love and Light.
My fear is that I will become homeless. I’m glad my parents told us about drugs being bad for us. I hope she gets the help she needs Thank you Lamont for your videos. God bless
I was on fentanyl (patch) 75mg for over 8yrs an 50mg for over 4yrs (total) 11yrs, for pain management. Withdraws are the worst anxiety, fidgeting, bathroom, can’t stand in one spot, fogginess, can’t sleep and in pain. I finally said I can’t do this anymore, I’ve been off the fentanyl a whole month. I’m in pain but glad I’m not on fentanyl. When you get off of fentanyl the doctor has to wean you off of the drug it could take months and years to be finally clean of the fentanyl. Best of luck for this lady.
Do whatever it takes to NOT go down the path of drugs. It will only end badly for you. It is not worth it and you are only making things worse for your self in the end.
I've watched a lot of these videos, and I've come to the conclusion that money bought SWU's fame. You, and a few other "real" people, leave him in the dust. Thank you for being real and interviewing real people in this artificial world. I wish you much success, as you deserve it.
Never been addicted but have relatives that have and been to many a call of people who are it’s a sad deal again good video Lamont the true straight no bs interview thanks stay safe
Uncle I got to be as real as a donut…you could straight up start a new channel just interviewing people! The people you interview are often intelligent, well spoken and provide us with a bit of an understanding of a terribly complex issue. And you are able to present them respectfully and raw. Whatever we may refer to these people as - addicts, vagrants, bums - they are still people…with a story🙏🏿
The lady seems like a beautiful soul !!! I hope she gets off it, she's got so much potential ! I wrote the first bit before I got to the end . Told ya I saw potential! And I was right
So sad. I have a homeless cousin, no addiction living in her car in Freehold, NJ. Her brother died a couple of years ago and they preferred to be homeless even though they eventually got SSI for mental issues. Anyone who can have an apt. but still opts to sleep in a vehicle and weather the winters in NJ has to have srious mental hangups. Hope this lady finds a way to beat her addictions.
I know Beth and her husband that passed away. If you see this Beth I'm so sorry to hear about Joe. I hope things get better for you. Jason and I will keep you in our prayers.
I feel bad for her and hope she gets the help she needs. I don't do drugs, but I'm a bad alcoholic. It's easy for a string of bad luck to bring people down easily. It can happen to anyone.
Do you know everyone has the sad story. The older you get the sadder it gets. 😢 your friends die of your relatives are gone and your dog has died. There’s a tear in my beer so I’m crying for you dear. 😢 you don’t have to turn to drugs to numb your feelings. “ i’ll drink to that “ my bad😂
HEY LAMONT THAT IS NOT A BAD HABIT THAT'S A ADDICTION....A BAD HABIT IS LEAVING THE LIGHT'S ON IN A ROOM THAT YOU LEAVE OR FORGETTING YOU KEY'S IN YOUR CAR .
I always think about the fact that at some point these homeless people were once young and had dreams like everyone else, and obviously what's going on wasn't their dream. Very sad. Before they finally started legalizing marijuana, the detractors called it a "gateway drug", but ignored that the actual gateway drug and the one that kills more people than every other drug combined was already legal - alcohol. But because government makes so much on taxes and politicians get so much in donations from lobbyists it's become ignored. The media (which is and always has been a wing of the government both D and R) shifts focus to other things so that people don't focus on the real issues. Educate children on the dangers of alcohol - not heroin, cocaine, fetanyl, etc and you'll see dependency rates drop.
I hope she gets into a program. Sad situation. She should try to get spousal social security related go her deceased husband. She just needs someone to help point her in the right direction.
I really hope she finds a way to erase this drug habit and another method to get back on her feet. This drug habit is certainly not a long term answer for her.
I just wonder how much you tip these people. I know their time is worth something, but when you give them money you fuel their addiction. Tough, but I know Lamont helps them with a little cash , I know I would
I cant understand living a life of addiction where u rely on stealing and begging for money to support your habit. If you cant afford your addiction then its time to sober up and get a job. I wish her the best of luck and since she says she doesnt go through withdrawals without it, she has a better chance than most to get back on her feet,. I really hope she can before its too late
Lamont. I have a serious question for you. What do you think about mail order brides? 38, physically fit, no kids, and wealthy enough to never have to work another day in my life. I am however lazy regarding the dating market, and I want a woman with a more traditional background. I have my eye on a Ukrainian. So what it do? What you think? I want you to be my psychiatrist.
@@Lamontontherun Nah man. This dude from Washington is still crushing on you, I just need to settle down, have kids. Before it’s too late and I’m too ugly.
Imo the sickness is easy.. just wein off of it. It's sad when not so smart people get on drugs. Those body aches and throwing up etc can all be avoided with titeration, eventually just taper down. .... Lamont you could of saved her. Easy.
Sad situation, can't your Government help with her homelessness. And mental health, Australia's homelessness Government help to put a roof over Australian's head and food and mental treatment. I am raised and born in Australia, l wouldn't live anywhere else.
My fear is that I will become homeless. I’m glad my parents told us about drugs being bad for us. I hope she gets the help she needs Thank you Lamont for your videos. God bless
I been homeless before but by the grace of God, someone gave me a job and haven't looked back
You’re a great interviewer! I hope she finds help and gets off the streets soon.
She’s very truthful about her addiction. I love that she wasn’t offended. Great interview, Lamont. I wish her husband could be there for her. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏❤️
Prayers for the homeless folks who you interviewed✌🏻🙏🏻✌🏻

This is wonderful, Lamont........Thank You.......yes, you're the best interviewer, and I listen to a lot of them.
It's so sad to see anyone struggling to get by because they are grappling with addiction. My heart goes out to this young woman. May God comfort her.
I really hope she can get clean I know how hard it is and also know it can be done if you really want to stop

Wow that was an eye opening and such honest interview. Good job. Lamont!
I love these street people & drug addicted people that you interview. They teach us so much. ♥️
I hope nothing but the best for her
I love this vlog. I pray it stops 1 person from doing drugs, Thanks Lamont, Love Ya~~~Sherry
Prayers for this lady to get clean and sober!!

I like the fact that you asked her what addiction means to her. Cuz we all know what addiction is. That's a really good question
Enjoyed this video Lamont great interview. Beth I hope you can be at peace with everything, condolences to her for the loss of her husband 👊👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
That's just really sad 😔
Lamont definitely has a knack for talking to people and getting their story! Definitely rare interview.
I have a relative addicted to drugs clean now but you always watch for the signs because they can fall back

Hopefully someone will see this video and won’t do drugs!
Hopefully, she gets help soon. She needs a job and rehab.

Why are so many people addicted to drugs its so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😪😪
The rate was low before covid hit. Now it's 4x as bad.
🙏🏾
The streets are taking a toll on her. I thought she was older. I hope she can beat her addiction. She has artistic skills & should be utilizing them.
Being outside all the time will make you look weathered
Dude, shes so pretty. It pains me that shes lost her husband, he home, her dignity all in the face of an addiction which does not discriminate.
Love ya Lamont!!
Poor woman. If it’s booze it’s best to detox at a hospital (can take days)…believe it or not alcohol withdrawal is much more dangerous than opioids.

So sad 😞. I hope she gets help before she becomes another statistic
She became homeless by choice. She wasn't forced. Stay off of drugs kids.
if your going to do interviews like that you need to find a way to mike up the people you interview. i can't hear a dam word she said.
I ordered some mics
Well I hope you at least gave her five bucks for the interview or something to eat
so sad she looks like she was attractive before the drugs
Sad they try that stuff the first time. If you don't try you don't have to get hooked. Go to rehab Hun!!
That woman stole $20 from me. She's a thief. 🤣🤣🤣
It's a waste of a life
