Glen Rein, from Quantum Biology labs has researched (1995) on effects of certain types of music & frequencies from ancient times - especially the ancient music such as gregorian chants and sanskrit mantras can help bring "very positive emotional state". Love this! It has the deeper, droning "Om"-like tones my soul gravitates to, but has higher and middle tones to balance and complement. The full moon in Cancer is hitting me hard with huge inner child healing. LOTS of tears! On the flip side, I ended up encountering a third power animal/guardian during a meditation. It is a beautiful cinnamon/butterscotch-colored bear who, apparently, has been with me lifetime after lifetime. His energy is sooo comforting, I fell asleep after talking with him.

After being in some of the most intense feelings and suffering in my entire life for 3 days now, I'm starting to see how it was meant to be as a learning experience on many levels.
This suffering has opened me up to my deepest insecurities, fears, judgements, and it has also revealed to me how I want to grow and it has taught me to love myself more than ever before.
Even though on the level of ego I don't always believe that destiny exists, that things happen the way they should, I'm now opening to a new view of life, where even when things go wrong and not the way I'd like to (control coming from ego), everything happens for my highest benefit and growth. I don't have to like the process or fake it, all I need to do is be honest with myself, what I'm feeling what I'm thinking and that way the truth will be revealed, and the truth will set you free.
Don't be afraid to feel. It can be painful and you will resist those difficult emotions, because you're used to doing so. No feeling is ever wrong, no reaction is wrong. All your thoughts and emotions have value and are there for a reason. They want to convey a message that has been unheard, and will remain until they are seen. Your thoughts, if they are negative, they can be a protection for you from pain. Judging your self and others is a way to escape the present moment, by placing blame and reasoning, instead of taking response-ability and growing.
Ultimately we are clueless as to why things happen the way they happen, our perception is so limited, which is why thoughts can be used to "explain" reality, by narrowing it down into concepts. But life is larger than that.
Instead of thinking that your pain is wrong, or you have done something wrong and this is a punishment, what if it's an opportunity to transform into something new? Something is dying inside you, that's why you feel directionless or hollow. But there is also something new on the way, and the old is being cleared first to make space.

I've been hearing this some minutes every day, while I read, draw, or work. For two weeks.
In these last two weeks I found out my dad had been cheating on my mom and the family had a week of gloominess. In these weeks, surprisingly, I actually felt really strong and happy. I was able to see everything as a lesson our souls agreed to experience together. Right now my family is strong and well and we gave my dad another chance (and he's been doing well too.)

Remember, it doesn't matter if something is real or not, every reality is determined by the mind and through the mind to the external world. If it works, it's good. There's no placebo effect when it comes to the mind. To the mind, everything is placebo and beyond.
