Today I forgive everyone who has caused me pain. Today I abandon the tragedies that I have allowed to define me for far too long. Today I stop the mindless negative thought loops that plague my mind and soul. Today I reinforce my soul with walls of positive vibrations and block all negative energy from entering and affecting my mind and body. Today I listen to the silence. Today I am.
This is a very powerful personal insight. In life pain is not optional..but suffering is. I recognize myself raising my son..it was quite selfless..and I had self regulating balances to keep myself On the New Journey. Babies dont know about this place..I was the guardian and companion ..still am. Reassuring..he would not be set aside. Fought counter thinking..that money was better. Time not used for children...is a regret for the dying. I will be one who wont have that regret..my son knows I did not compromise me out of Time disproportionately. Forces I did not expect changed This Goal. Value the time you have. Show faithfulness by its attributes. I do believe My heart has the Perfect Vision..others considered Loving too much was Not realistic. So sorry they had those limits. Profit can overtake what was Already so rich..hope and open hearts. Solid ground grounds. Love anchors so you dont drift too far. Cut away makes pain. Foolish to think can avoid love..it means you have to do all alone..Separation is like swimming when others are sailing. Takes more energy to get anywhere. Heroes risk for others..that unselfish thing ..put mind off of self. Get noticed bc felt lead to respond in Time.

So even throughout all of these processes and innumerable methods of clearing and forgiving and loving, there is this pain, which doesn’t go away, or even show itself.
But there is a deep sense of Mourning and grief from time to time.
I think personally- because this is my own personal experience, that it has to do with Some spiritual connection or collective emotional response..
I say that because there has been times as a child and now that I will feeel excruciating sadness and cry without having anyone to mourn over.
To find the next day lives were lost.
Or maybe it’s the sadness one feels when God hasn’t come back for them.

Play it loudly with headphones and try to feel the vibration in your body... after you’ve done it for like 15 minutes.. sit in silence and quiet your mind.. you will go in your soul/heart and sit there for another 5 minutes.. afterwards say THANK YOU humbly and you’ll feel so good.

You can be happy anywhere you are, you don't need anyone's approval, you are enough, you are strong, other people can be part of your journey, but they can't and never will be destination. Never put your happiness in another person's hands, it doesn't work like that, it's more like a state of mind, but you get to make it, not anyone but you. You can be happy in a small cottage, you can be happy in a big city, as long as you are a friend to yourself. You're loved and worthy, don't allow others to make you believe otherwise. Only you know yourself well, they see just a picture of you their mind made. But it's not you. Not exalty. You're capable of anything your mind can think of. If it's there - you know it's possible. You're the centre of YOUR universe, you can do anything you want. And yes, you're strong enough to achieve it. You just are. Even if you're scared or insecure, trust me, and trust yourself. You are capable. You set your own goals. Remember: the point is to be happy. You can never dream too big or too small. Your goal is to be happy, so go, do whatever it takes to achieve it! I believe in you and I love you. You know it's true. And you know damn well, you feel the same way. You believe in yourself and you love yourself! You just know it, and you feel it as well, it may be overwhelming at some point but just think about it. If I believe in you, and you believe in yourself, you are unstoppable and invincible. @@TranquilityBase1969. If this person you're talking about gets put in prison, I'm assuming whatever this person did, is serious enough to warrant such a punishment. In which case, it is this person's burden to carry, in payment for his transgressions, even though you have already forgiven the person.
I'm Christian so I personally believe the Scripture where it says in Romans 13, verses 1 to 2 that earthly authorities are agents sanctioned by God to keep order on earth.
But others may hold differing views. Respect all.

23 minutes in my mind feels great. The absence of negativity feels like being light headed and a little bit drowsy since alot of my time I feel a pressure in my head when I am negative.

I love that the time ends at 1:11:10 (might be actually 11 seconds but whatever). I find myself atttracted to looking at a time source immediately at 11:11am or 1:11pm a lot. I don't know why; I always make a simple wish of "I wish for something good to happen to me today" and go about my business. I used to look for major things during the day but the things I wished for wouldn't happen and I would feel sad; but then I listened to someone that once said that we take for granted the small things that are being placed in your life that are good.. like, eating a non-burned tasty burger, having your favorite seat unoccupied for your lunch period, getting to talk to your favorite person, getting the prime seat on transporation; just little things that we don't really notice that are happening to us that are good because it's not right in our face. Once I open my eyes and notice it, I give a little thank you out to the universe for giving me something good; or I thank them for giving me a good burger or letting me talk to my favorite person or whatever. Kinda silly to wish on something like that but I'm surrounded by negativity of people that aren't happy at work (or in their life) and I try to bring myself little bit of happiness.
life is too short to be unhappy negative energy spreads and effects others peoples moods scream out what you feel let it flow through youre body and be happy always stay positive
Ive got a great love practice, try it!
1. Think of someone, thing, situation you love and concentrate on that feeling
2. Look on the world with that feeling in your body and start to feel love for the world
3. Go back inside you and Concentrate on that feeling and then let let it expand outward to everywhere.
I try to do this everyday and it does really relax me and make me feel one with everything in a loving way. Often do it while taking a walk.
