Everybody is sleeping on Nick McCloud,I think he is sneeky good.
McCloud played better than Adoree Jackson. He's probably the fall back if Flott and Hawkins at CB2. And he might start at slot.

He certainly was better than Adoree Jackson last season.
I’ve been saying this… Nick McCloud has potential at CB2
McCloud is a good special teams player which is his main job. They still need a veteran CB2
Banks was probably above average for a rookie CB1 in a system that did not favor him. I see him getting better this year, especially with this D line adding serious pressure. QBs will hopefully have to get the ball out quickly and they’ll have more men back in coverage.
Nabors is going to have the whole secondary better because Dabs is going to be moving Nabors around. Our Secondary will be playing like a hybrid of press and zone
Looking forward to seeing Ezuedu, Cajust, Nelson and Miles practicing at Tackle to see which turd floats to the top of the toilet.

Plus if the front is really that good. The pressure will help our DBs. Basicly our defense back in those Super Bowl runs.

Yeah, he looked really good last year im looking forward to this season again go giants am i expecting us to get a Superbowl ring no but its proving grounds for alot of the talent on the roster
I agree about not having Wink and his man coverage. Zone coverage is just as important if not more so.
if your secondary is weak try to find a good player with the skill set that can help you win games and who can help younger players improve their skills sets too
We MUST stop the run this season! We were horrid last season! I seasoned veteran CB would help this team big time!
Also we have Burns Keyvon and Sexy Dexy. That’s gonna help him too if they can pressure the qb.
I love banks but feel we need a other cb1 with all the top wrs in our own division with that said I'm looking to trade for a cb lattimore or surtain 2
Between McCloud and Flott, I'm not sure that there are any better options out there to pick up (Gilmore is still going to command more than the Giants can pay). Everybody has a "threat" receiver to be concerned with, it's a passing league after all. Wink's defense essentially was designed to throw the CBs to the wolves, with the idea that they'd make up for it by heavy pressure on the QBs. However, that did not happen often enough. For the team with the most blitzes, the pressure rate was not correspondingly high enough.
CB on an “Island” = man to man coverage with no Safety help over the top on that side…like “Revis Island”💯🚨Waller just officially retired bro!
CB on an island like Revis is zone. Revis would stand and play a zone on one side and no one would target his "island"/zone. And yeah tm we will react to the Waller news!
@@anthonyrivardo3463 "Revis Island" was Revis in man to man coverage with no safety help over the top coined when Rex Ryan coached Revis with the Jets. Bro stayed in man coverage AT ALL TIMES and shadowed opps WR1 all over the field…even when the rest of the D was in zone according to Rex Ryan himself in the ESPN article I tried to post before my comment got erased 3X😂 Revis played zone later in his career though 💯😇

Mark Collins’s always said you must have short term memory loss and if you remember the end of the 1989 season Jim Everett of the Rams threw a bomb to Flipper Anderson who ran straight into the tunnel and ended the Giants season right after the game Everson Walls of the Cowboys and was a free agent called Bill Parcells and told him he could help us make a difference in our secondary and the next season we went to the Super Bowl

I'm like Anthony's idea in waiting, but you can't just go on how the secondary players look in camp. Tre Hawkins looked great in camp last year but didn't during the regular season. Trade for one or look to the waiver wire.
Except for Gilmore, who is still going to command more than the Giants can pay, who is out there that's any better than McCloud or Flott? Don't expect any quality on waiver wire releases.

Banks gave up wayyyyy too many yards ! CD lamb 🐑 dont get me started in that matchup i dont think he mature enough or have that gym rat film 🎥 in his 🧬 he talks too much on the field for my liking
