Filmed at my old secondary school Crown Woods in Eltham in 1996. I am an extra in the background and so were many of my friends so much fun spotting myself and them! Got my A level results during filming and got paid £50 a day for three days work most went in the pub celebrating my results. Was so cool to find this and see it again!
@@adamthebulldog2738 in the next season they've gone back to the old gear but halfway through they have a lighter version of the new kit but they have kept the new helmets.

Helmets i believe are the Cromwell F600 prototypes as the actual ones have a completely different visor and rank bands
Nowadays most British fire services have the gallet F1 XF helmet

After many, years they updated to the tan uniforms for the LFB
