    Shouldn't a high grade have a better prognosis because the cancer cells would be easier to target?

      No

      High grade are undifferentiated cancer cells, making it more challenging to see them.

      sir, the more its not resembling the normal tissue(high grade) the more aggressive(spreading faster) it will be that's why high grade is worst.

      its not all about spotting the tumor cells, how ever I think the higher the grade the easiest it will be to spot because it will not look like the surrounding tissue, right ?
