I know many of us have long been searching for a video with the "raise the flag, raise the flag!" jingle, so this is very very exciting. I could always go for a fresh, warm sopapilla with honey!!!

Are you originally from Houston? Also, did you know the animated sitcom KING OF THE HILL (a great show, especially fun for Texans to watch!) had a scene which took place at a Pancho's restaurant?

I remember this place growing up! So many memories in San Antonio, we were like 8 years old and mom always said to say we were 5 LOL

$6 is an insane deal for unlimited mexican food even back in 2002
Yeah it's like $12 these days. Cicis is still around $6 for unlimited pizza though.
@@Anurania Being in the area, I went to the one in Humble a few months ago. It was like I got into a time machine. Everything inside was just as I remembered it in the 80s.
@@kevingray8616 The Humble location is one of the only ones left, and is the only one left in the Houston area. I go there occasionally and love that it is still exactly the same as it was years ago! It truly is a time capsule and hope that it stays open. Sadly, iconic Houston chains such as Pancho's, Casa Ole, Luby's and James Coney Island are close to death.
