I guess because it was going for something stylish with the chellshading instead of realism like most games would do. Yeah, didn't aged that well, but I still kinda appreciate this choice.

The dogs?
I think it was the banner sections. Forced you to think about how you’d proceed instead of just brute forcing it like you would as Hulk. Having moments where Hulking out was ill-advised definitely added to that tension

loved playing the first mission over and over just playing with all the different mechanics. Nothing felt cooler than punching the rocket back at the tank

This game was the PEAK of gaming at my 5-6 years old. I didn’t knew English at that age so I used to get stuck a lot, specially with Bruce matching the codes. I didn’t know what to do since I didn’t knew how to read English, so I just went winged it with common sense. I gave up eventually, my mom and I couldn’t get the damn coding… the nostalgia hits hard with these PS2 games.
This game was so intense. When I finally beat it as an 8 year old I immediately played it over again and again.
To this day I still remember everything you had to do 😢😢 I wish we never sold the old Xbox 😢😢😢😢😢

This was the second game I played on my PS2! Could never get past Half Life haha.
I have to say, even now looking back some 20 years later, the gameplay still looks fun as heck and the cutscenes have a nice style to them.

I liked Ang Lee’s Hulk and I’m glad we get to see more of this duo. Plus. Bonus points of Eric Bana coming back to voice him.
Crazy how the animation on the cutscenes to me looks like they’re from the show “what if” not exactly but almost there
I remember buying this game from hollywood video in the early 2000s I only made it to that vampire then stopped playing for some reason
For me, the mission where Bruce is stuck in the army facility and has to get chemicals was the hardest. I even remember my gran told me if I couldn’t solve it I shouldn’t play it 😂
Back when I was little playing this game it did always surprise me that Hulk had a villain like Half Life, he really shouldn't have been so underrated. I for one found him pretty good aside from Abomination and The Leader

I remember getting this game, playing it, and beating it, all the same day. Its better than the incredible hulk imo.
This was actually a good game. The only thing it really had going against it was that it was a spin-off of the first Hulk movie, which was a commercial failure. Plus it was overshadowed by the release of Ultimate Destruction a couple of years later, which was an improvement over this game in a number of ways. But two things about this game that really make it unique are the ability to play as Bruce Banner, and the fact that the Grey Hulk has recorded dialogue for almost every level despite being just an alternate costume.
I think it had more to do with the movie it was based on bombing because apparently this wasn't in stores very long as it was disconnected fairly quickly because the movie bombed.
It can’t be a spin off if it features the protagonist again

How many people feel like this game in the movie takes place in the MCU because that have May references and they’ve had brought it up in the past and also we all know about the Trevor a hawk to and video game from the movie as well which they bring up a lot of details in the MCU and over the years in avengers films of stuff has happened do you think this movie takes place in the MCU cause I feel like I do in the game

I remember it was the beginning of summer 2012, I was in middle school and it was the last day in school, after having my breakfast i asked dad for some money then i told my little brother I'll be back later with a surprise. when the school is over everybody went home but i went to the video game store and bought this game. I spent the whole summer playing it. nostalgia of good old days, i was 12 back then... now I'm 22
3 credits I can certainly give the game:
Style over realism. Even if it didn't aged that well, i still kinda like the look and design of the game
animated transformations, they could have been really lazy on this espect but they actually put the effort in
You can actually play as Bruce Banner as well. Like it's always fun to have the option to also play the guy behind the mask (or monster in this case)

The invulnerability cheat code makes this game so much more realistic. I’m sorry but The Hulk should not die. Unless he’s up against like Abomination he shouldn’t even really take damage. I mean getting knocked down is one thing but he shouldn’t eat a bunch of damage and die.
I found a big coin with an image of people planting the American Flag into the ground and traded some kid at school for a copy of this game and it was broken and the kid disappeared from school.
From Eric Bana Hulk 2003 Movie to his Hulk 2003 Movie Game Hulk fights other Evil Gamma Amp Monsters, his father David Banner infects three of his dogs with the Same Gamma enhance Energy that created Hulk, made them become first Gamma Infected Amped Bio dogs, Hulk Dogs, or Gamma Dogs for short. David's Gamma dogs went after Betty, Hulk got there first, got the 3 Gamma Dogs Destroyed. In a Hulk 2003 Movie Game that takes years after the Movie, Bruce former mentor Crawford had infected some Dogs with Gamma Energy, started working for Samuel Sterns the leader, as soon as the Gamma Orb takes some of Bruce Gamma Energy as seen in Desperate Measures, he gotten more dogs Contaminated into Gamma Dogs. Even Bruce on Infiltration when sneaking into the first Gamma Dogs Pen He even say at 45:17 Those Gamma dogs could alert the guards. I gotta slip by them.
