I just found the solution for this problem(worked for me). When u create a new document set the size to pixel (and not inches). If it's set to inches that's the reason for having 100gb+ storage filled in ur c drive. Hope this helps !

You've used third party software. It was not necessary. Simple set the purge documents to Nil... Then go to edit/preferences/scratchdisk/select other drives as well and you are done. The next move would be disk cleanup... See if it works?

@@kingsley15 I did close photoshop and delete those files it was of two file of 64gb and on the next step when I opened photoshop it was giving me the same problem . and about my PC disk space I have 512gb of ssd IDK Y I am facing this problem.
