I guess is because his bottom is tight ..or the diaper small ..may be a bigger size bottom ..or bigger diaper ..i had that same thing with my baby boy ..he is cute 😊😊

Only way to fix the issue is to size up...the nappy should be upto the belly button and folded in, the sticky sides should be diagnal downwards...
