I do not understand why you say to remove credentials to before logged in pc. If pc has already been logged in with its credentials, and of course it is in same network, if it enters UNC (remote pc name or ip address), if it tries to log in to remote shared folder, remote o/s will ask for remote pc credentials to enter folder. Won't it work that way if it has not removed with some credentials? Does it have to log in to network with no credentials? Is that what you are saying? Please, more details.

What do you mean by remove credentials? The popped up contact admin is the only thing that popped up, how can I pop the one wherein I can enter my credentials? Thanks!

I can see the users and groups in computer management? do I need to install professional build? (I use home ed. windows 10), I also have a question, I have existing shared drive, and even if I change the permission anyone can still access the folder in the network.. I tried creating in another hard drive but no luck..

Hi, thanks for your time, this is the setup that I wanted to do, FOLDER 1 (shared using user01 credentials) and FOLDER 2 (shared using user02 credentials), FOLDER 1 is for level 0 users with basic non-secured files while the FOLDER 2 is secured and will require different credential(the user02 password) but it doesn't work for me, by the way I use separate hard drivers for each shared folder, it gives me an error, while windows 7 users doesn't even ask for any password and can freely navigate in 2 folders. my setup is windows 10 (creators update build) pro
