FYI, when you attached the main fuel hose, you turned the start switch to "ON" while waiting for WAIT light to go out. You checked for leaks and were excited when you saw none. Just turning switch to ON doesn't activate the fuel pump! That only operates when engine is running/turning. So, you can't check for leaks without it running
Something you can do with the extra length of line instead of cutting it just push the extra over the hard line so if you do get a hole you have extra line to cut
Very helpful. Thank you. I have a leak in the same vicinity and I think it’s gonna be one of these return lines, or the pump to filter line. Funny thing is I JUST got done changing the fuel pump this wknd- I wonder if the new pump was more powerful and sprung the leak? Where did you order the German fuel tubing? Thanks again
Thanks for posting a link to the tool.
You betcha!
Whoops! Never mind about where’d you get the line! I just saw the link! 🍻
Good luck brotha! Let me know what you find out.

Yeah. I realized that. Lol

Good idea. A side note, I'm now planning on relocating the fuel filter so I can better access it without needing to move around the 400a generator.
