Your “low energy” is peaceful and calming🤍 no matter what we do, we’ll never be liked by everyone so I’m happy you’re being yourself and not pushing yourself. The bright bubbly RUclips personality most RUclipsrs have seems fake and annoying most of the time and is not relatable.

Yes people pleasing performing and pretending makes us unwell. I use to bring all the energy and be lifting everyone up all the time.... then I laid down 8 years exhausted.

Sarah, it is just so lovely to see you again.
I am so happy for you and Adam and you seem to be taking to motherhood really well.
Things will get easier, in time, just enjoy Gabriel and take lots of rest as and when you can.
People always used to tell me to take a nap when the baby has a nap.
Does Gabriel have colic possibly?
I used to find that walking around with my baby upright and patting his or her back would often help to bring the wind up.
Don’t push yourself to do too much at this stage, and if you can afford to, you could always get someone to come in and do some housework for you or cleaning et cetera.

Congratulations on new adventures together as you welcome your son into the world. I appreciate both Adam's and your videos for multiple reasons but one of the reasons is because of your calming presence in a world than at times can be highly-reactive. Thank you for sharing your insights and vulnerably sharing your own walk with Jesus. And loads of grace as you navigate these early days of parenting. I don't think I've ever met any parents of new borns who are exploding with energy. And you also have your own health journey you've navigated too. It's one of the reasons I appreciate you and Adam. I don't ever feel you're putting on a show for me. I see two people walking in step with the Spirit in times of refreshing and in times of fatigue and weariness. I appreciate you both and how you partner together. Thank you.

As someone who has truly given my life to Christ to the best of my abilities, and also in a high powered career, relinquishing plans seems incompatible with daily life. But I know it is and I’m just missing something.
