    Thank you for sharing your healing journey Sarah. I had my own health journey a few years ago that was connected to extreme stress from grad school. I dealt with it for about 2-3 years, but God healed me completely. I learned so much from that season of my life and honestly wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. You will be fully healed and God will get the glory. 🙏🏾❤️

    Looking forward to the full video on adrenal fatigue. I’ve been struggling with this for awhile. A lot of chronic pain from a car accident and I live with and care for my mom with Alzheimer’s. A lot of stress and grief on top of physical pain. I know the coffee has to go 😭 thanks for the video really enjoyed it

    You are such a blessing thank you for your honesty. You really speak to so many of us.
    I have lived with chronic illness for over 30 years.
    During lockdown after my EMDR trauma therapy had ended, I started writing poetry.
    This gave me the opportunity to pull everything together and process everything.
    With Jesus at the centre I now continue to write to give others hope.
    Here's a few verses from different poems.
    Now I didn't know then that emotional shocks
    Have effects thus related to trauma
    Which resulted in burnout and chronic fatigue
    But back then, there was no one to warn you
    However, I'd trusted in God's plans for me
    Seems my dream wasn't too far from reach
    As twenty years on I'd be given the chance
    To realise my ambition to teach
    But this time I'd teach about what I knew best
    Chronic illness and its impact on you
    I could empathise knowing the problems they faced
    This I knew, having walked in their shoes

    Rest in the Lord and being in His presence is the best medicine in recovery from fatigue. Sarah how did you deal with cutting off socializing? I have no problem not to go places but when people give me a hard time that’s when I was having troubles to rest mentally . Showing understanding to who is recovering is best what someone can do.

    I’m fairly new to Christianity. What is a spiritual director and what do they do on a weekly basis? Thank you and God bless 🙏🏽

    • @ZawadiWan
      @ZawadiWan 6 месяцев назад +2

      Not necessarily a "director" in the literal sense, but think of it as someone who is a Christian, you are close with, and who actively seeks God (prayer + fasting). These people can be older than you or just a friend in church that you trust to share your personal life and struggles so that they can pray for you, bring your requests to God and encourage you in Him. Hope that helps!

      There is also the concept of "discipling" in Christianity. It is a more disciplined foundational training. Ask God to tell/lead you where to get his. And make sure it includes lessons on intimacy with the real Holy Ghost.

    Thanks for sharing Sarah. I know you mentioned that you hadn't gotten the jab, but I felt led to share that the spike protein has been shown to pile in various organs of our bodies regardless of having received the jab, and can wreak all kinds of havoc. In case you haven't looked into it that may be something to look into, it was a game changer for me. There are various foods/supplements that can help break it down, I'd recommend looking at videos on the EONutrition channel in case you, or anyone else who reads this, are interested or if it seems like it could be relevant.

      @@fatimathetiger hey thanks so much for the information! Yes, I’ve heard a little bit about this… I’m assuming it’s a lot of detoxification that needs to be done and maybe supplements helping with inflammation? What have you done to combat this? Thank you for bringing this up, I remember my functional medicine doctor talking a little bit about this, but I haven’t dived deeper into it!

    • @fatimathetiger
      @fatimathetiger 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@NowBloom You’re very welcome! Yes, well detoxification in the sense of intaking things that can destroy, degrade, or inactivate the spike protein because it is what is causing inflammation. Since the start of the pandemic, I had noticed that I had been feeling like my body was literally inflamed, and I had a lot of abdominal bloating; all very unusual for me. I’ve always been pretty healthy.
      Then I came across the first video mentioned below on the EONutrition channel that talks about looking at Nattokinase, Bromelain, and N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) to get rid of spike protein, which in addition to inflammation has been shown to have impacts on symptoms like fatigue too. I just so happened to be in Costa Rica when I came across the video, a place where there are pineapples everywhere; a good source of Bromelain (God is so good). Then I did research on how I could get Nattokinase and NAC from natural sources since I don’t really like taking supplements/medication if I don’t have to, and I found that a Japanese food called natto has nattokinase in it, and you can get a form of NAC from onions.
      So I bought the natto, and would dice up about half an onion and put it in about 2 cups of diced pineapple including the core since the combination of Bromelain and NAC (called BromAc, I think the video also mentions this and references a study) has been shown to be even more effective, and eat that. The pineapple concoction actually tasted really good when I would sprinkle it with cumin and a little salt. I would eat both once a day. My body finally started to feel normal after eating these things. Inflammation was and is gone, and so was and is the bloating. The only other things that I do differently now than before my symptoms that I can think of right now is I also switched from taking hot showers to cold, but this was before finding out about spike protein and it helped but only minimally, and I try to be more intentional about eating probiotic foods at least occasionally.
      Recently I started eating apples (which have quercetin, a phytonutrient that degrades spike protein as mentioned in the second video below) since where I’m at right now I don’t have access to natto or pineapples as easily, and I still have been feeling a-ok. The only thing that I would caution about, is if you’re going to go the whole food route in getting the nutrients that can help I would be sure to take care regarding sugar intake when consuming fruits. To help with that, I didn't do it before but now I normally drink water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in it before eating the fruits, or I eat some vegetables beforehand to minimize glucose spikes (I learned about this from the Glucose Revolution RUclips channel, she talks about how apple cider vinegar helps with blood sugar levels and how food order can help too) or do some sort of physical activity right afterwards. There is also the option to take what has been mentioned in supplement form.
      Here are the names of the videos I’ve watched from the EONutrition channel that give some really great information regarding the spike protein and how it may be impacting us. They are really short, and below is the order I would watch them in. He also references studies that he draws from, and the 3rd video mentions what may be happening with babies which I have no doubt you would be interested in:
