This is really timely Sarah! Thank you. I was working out earlier and the Holy Spirit really convicted me. I believe He told me “You don’t need permission from others to step into your calling that I have for you.” I have been putting loads of pressure on myself to figure out what I want to do after I get my bachelors degree and for whatever reason feel like I need approval from friends and family. People pleasing has always been a vice of mine and that’s been something that the Lord has been undoing for a few months now. I’ve seen much growth in my life spiritually but continually need to walk in repentance and faith. God bless you and Adam and your son as you seek to give Jesus glory in all you do. Keep up the good work!
Thank you, Sarah. I hope you will learn to tell the difference between someone who is flattering you, and a compliment that is given by someone whose heart is for you. There are times when the Lord will want to encourage you through a sister or brother in Christ. In other words, I am encouraging you to learn to receive a compliment. 🤍😊
Hi. Thanks for this Sarah! this is very timely. I started sharing faith art online a couple of years ago and because of my new job, I resumed posting on my socmed accounts just recently. I already accepted the fact that art about faith n Jesus isn’t that as popular so im used to a few reactions but recently it went really even lower so im actually asking God, is still worth doing this? But then again, im reminded particularly today that likes & positive reactions dont really matter anymore. I should be focusing on sharing the gospel through my art and let God work on the heart of people viewing it. And it’s my joy doing the will of God.
I appreciate the God in you Sarah. I have been in ministry for many years and started my RUclips channel about 15 years ago. I wasn't consistent. Last month (when I started fasting) the Lord told me to go start putting out content as the Holy Spirit leads. I've been doing more shorts than regular posts. I completely agree with you. I used to base my view count on my success. The things you said really hit home for me. God definitely rewards those that diligently seek Him, and are faithful over the little. My question is: In the video, you mentioned in 2018 you came back to the Lord and you began "manifesting." Could you kindly explain what you meant by that statement? Also what I meant is that I had just finished doing things like manifestations and then I came back to the Lord in 2018 because I was dabbling in new age ish practices in 2017 Hopefully that makes sense in the video 😅
