😊 Hey thanks for tuning in..please don't forget to press the like thumbs up button and the red subscribe button to see other videos from the Chanel ....if you found value from the episode, please share with others
Wow. Respect to Gciniwe F. Her mindset is truly one of a successful superwoman. Literally just watched the 1st 10mins and I can tell she’s going far. What she’s been able to do is just the beginning. 🙌 S/o to Mtho for bringing yet again another great mind onto the channel 🔥
This😭 is healing, motivating, inspiring and this is what every woman old or young should be hearing. I come out different each time I listen to Ginny...Bravo Mtho, your open chats are diamonds
As someone who's belief in education was slowly dying I needed to hear this. This Covid era has made it seem as if when you are working for someone and don't own a business or side you are wasting your years, not that it's bad to have a business, but it is totally okay to have a job and go to school and study further.
Hey Nozipho I understand exactly how you feel. I’m glad the episode shed was a breath of fresh air and a different perspective on that regard …. That’s what we aim to do on the podcast : give positive vibes through mere conversations
I was so flattered she asked to take a picture with me at St Christopher's High School after I performed our traditional dance called "Sibhaca" on open day then as a Minister of Sports and Culture 😊👌🇸🇿
Good point raised there, that if you need to get to a certain level, you should put in the work even though no one is clapping for you. In this case, getting a salary that doesn't really tally with your title. Keeping your head up in the midst of adversity may be difficult but not impossible. Great interview there!!!
For the parts where Mtho's mic wasn't working, maybe add subtitles of the questions...we really missed out on gems!what a great conversation...you have a new subby
Hey Nonhlanhla thanks for tuning Glad you found this motivational… we try to give value always … hey could u please tell me how u came across the Chanel/video 😊😊❤️
Great interview but the sound really takes away the greatness of it because the audience loses a great part of the conversation. Secondly please do try to allow your guest to finish what they are saying without adding something that's going to move away from what they were saying. Maybe consider also using a mic like the one your guest was using to avoid you moving the mic away from your mouth and tempering with the sound. Otherwise great thing you are doing, amazing job
Listening to her speaks I get inspired and motivated to keep pushing in a country where dreams seems invalid! Love and respect this Woman so much. This was really inspiring bekunene.💐💐💐💐💚
With Gciniwe's story I always get lost on how a 23yr old becomes a CEO.....not an intern, not a junior staffer but a whole CEO!!! Until that's explained I fail to see past it. Otherwise I get how once you're in there everything is possible through hard work and God. But I still don't see how you tell a 23yr old fresh from tertiary that they can be a CEO....hhay!
@@OpenChatsPodcast Such unanswered questions by our role models sadly creates such a gap man.....for instance we have graduates every year that are struggling to get a mere internship bese they must somehow get inspired by how a 23yr old got their break "mysteriously". We are seen as lazy while we wait for that one small break/breakthrough. Also business people say they started off with selling veggies yet people who have been selling them for years are still struggling......they must tell us "how" it happened to close the gap so we are truly inspired by their inspiring stories honestly.

This is an amazing video with great lessons. This is something I needed to hear in my life at some point and I'm grateful. Thank you✨ please do not get tired of such great work
Thank you for this platform Mtho, sicatjaniswa yiSound at some point 😂. Honestly, keep up the good work. This was entertaining and enlighting at the same time 🎉
If you can bag another interview please ask more about her childhood and what course she chose and why. Basically the gciniwe before the CEO position at Siteki
He shouldn’t talk a lot, let the guests talk unless you feel like they are going really off topic. It’s the guest’s story after all. Hopefully next episode we will hear more from guests
Beautiful follow-up on questions but I also felt that he was asking and answering the questions at the same time, a whole lot more than the guest,,, it pinched me a lot. Lovely conversation nonetheless 👏
I know this who is competent brilliant capable to advance without chasing boys. I love you girl to me you are great keep it up. I once listened to your speech at St Michael's speech day. I listened attentively. I wish my girls will do the same as you. I am sixty years old but I am encouraging you. Your address at St Michael's you mentioned that you were learning on line for the education you have.
Yoh...yah. lessons...experience ppl yourself n not from gossip because we end up judging from that point of view. Her eyes r sad shame but it's understandable from the things she mentioned. But great content bhuti.
hey Lungile, you know after this episode, I told myself I'm done with gossip and rumours cue we end up believing those things as facts without a benefit of doubt....and thank you for tuning in 😊
An interesting interview loved it, however, I felt like the interviewer kept on interjecting while interviewee was talking may I suggest that you let your guest relay their stories without you interrupting, so many stories were left untold/finished due to that you kept on interjecting, maybe they were time constraints that compelled you to want to ask everything at once without giving them the opportunity to respond but other than that I loved it and I am a fan of your work.

Powerful!!!! as woman we can work for what we want. We don’t need to be controlled by a remote - rich man.
Imagine taking a heavy title for a low pay. That's not for the faint hearted. She definitely deserves all the success coming her way🔥🔥
