Adam you could try using some old school tech to keep your coolant temps down yet to find a canvas water bag soak it before use them full or up with water and hang it in front of your radiator the water leaching out of the canvas will evaporate cooling the air around it these were a must for old cars driving through hot areas

Adam youre right, its the elevation that makes your car feel slow. for example i ran 0.9 bar of boost last year and which my gauges showed, but as we got into the mountains and tested a bit, it was actually closer to 0.75 bar in the city... weird right? best for your engine is to not touch the tune
