Just like Derek, you are the same in person as on camera and I really appreciated that. Grandma Lolly told us that your dad told you to be yourself and don't let the show change you. We've enjoyed all your projects and look forward to all the future projects. Keep up the good work!!!
I don't comment much, but I must say I love you guys. I've been watching since covid. Love all the builds and the stories that go along with each one, but none more than the tow truck and Paul's father. Put me tears every time! 😢 some day, I will make it out there to visit you guys. Keep up the great work.
My dad died in 2007, and it does not get any easier. Paul, I completely understand when you gotta take a minute while talking about all stuff “Dad”! My dad’s been gone for 17 years now, and I still get sweat in my eyes, and my voice shakes a little (actually a whole lot) when I have something to say about him! I’m tearing up just typing this! You are just as fortunate as I am with having the fathers we had. I remember being out in the garage repairing vehicles with him until late, and hearing him raise his voice like, “I sure hope YOU can see what I’m doing!!” He would have me holding the light for him, and invariably I’d try to see what he was doing and he’d lose his light! 😅 No better education could be gotten by a curious little guy!! No question was a dumb question.
I remember the episode where you made the announcement of your dad passing away. It was heartbreaking. It’s been a pleasure watching your channel since the day you got involved with the golden nugget. My favourite channel out of everyone by far. I love the wholesome family content and it’s the one reason why I’ve stayed subscribed since. Thanks for all you guys do
Paul I received my grandpas shop that he worked his whole life out of building a family and a legacy in our small town and our state. When you talk about personal stuff about your dad it brings me joy and tears to my eyes. Please keep the sentimental parts of the video in like you did. The moment you let a word loose about your dad I knew a tear was coming.
Man, I love this comment! If RUclipsrs in general would understand we want honesty above showmanship, what a viewers paradise!! Until then, we at least have Paul to hold it down!!
I'd only started watching the channel when Mr.Sherm passed shortly after and it does hurt.I'd lost mine ,I thought, only a couple years before, as it was still in me, but it's been 17 years last month.
What you have built relative to the projects does not compare to the relationships and people the Cox family has touched. We are fans of your personality and hearts; the projects are just why we found you. COVID was horrible, yet it helped us all find Fab Rats, Matts Off Road, Vice Grip Garage, and many others.
When you got to the tow truck and said it brought a smile to your face I started to tear up because I know it was your dad's truck and what it really means to you.
I have a lot of respect for you, your family and your channel. You are down to earth and you remind me of what my dad used to be before he passed away. Love and respect for you all.
Hey what happen to the wood truck did u forget about it or lost it. You do a great job on it all to the point that it tires me with all the work I do to help you lol great family and shows
Paul, I have been watching you since 2020. When you first started. You got me hooked on RUclips. I love that you’re not afraid to make fun of yourself! You and your family are great people! Don’t ever listen to the haters. I would love to meet you someday…
A Truer word has never been spoken! I also started watching Fab Rats in 2020 and I have never missed one since then. One of these days I hope to meet all of the Fab Rat family.
Paul you're an amazing person. You passed on what your father taught you. The biggest lesson I've learned from you is (you never fail unless you give up)
I am so disappointed that you did not mention the one that got me hooked on your channel..The Golden Nugget was the one that you did that stood out for me. It really showcased the talent you have.
He's just being humble! Paul helped drag it out of the forest, then he resurrected it! Made the canvas for others to showcase their art. His faith is shone in his hands!
Please, please, please don't big window the 65. I am a huge 64-66 fan Had 3 over the last 20 years and in my opinion the small back window is one of the coolest parts of the body style. Just please think about it..thanks...

Great content y’all and sorry I’m a day late to comment. One other item in that line up you should show as an accomplishment….MOTOR MUNCH. Just got my first test bag of PeelOut Pepper. I’ll be back…and for the folks in sticker shock….have you been to the Grocery Store during the America Last Administration??? 5 bucks a loaf a bread…so bite your tongue! Best parts of the Jerk before opening…that good ole 🇺🇸 flag with Made in the USA. Second part…the list of ingredients…it’s a short list folks…and if you graduated before 2020…you can read each Word 😂 Upon the taste test…I had reservations about the Pork…but I see now why it won the Rat’s choice. Not sure where they sourced the pepper…but it’s as Fresh as I’ve ever tasted. Quantity is Solid, strips are natural, lean and oh so sweet. More quality Jerky in that pack that will ALL be consumed than in a pound of JackWinks👊👊👊👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

The first time I ever seen a tow truck climbing over rocks, my mind blew off and said how In the heck, that is bad ass, then I became a fabarats fan. Good job man, your pops taught you well.🤙🤙🤙
“If I want to walk home, the free truck is my favorite.”🤣🤣🤣 I laughed out loud! Great tour! Loved that you share this with us. Thanks for being awesome. 😎
Thats a ton of work and a ton of entertainment for yout fans. Thanks Paul, Michelle, and kids. Thanks to all the sidekicks that we have loved to get to know.
This was like getting a tv guide for the next few years of fabrats. Can't wait to see them all built /driven/ in the future. Please sale a poster of that line up. My garage is begging for it.
Best video ever. I watch 100% but everyone loves what happened in previous episodes on there tv show. Damb you just walked me through my me time for the past 4 years.
Paul, we all know how much the towtruck means to you because it was your dads, but i just want you to know that every time i see it in a video, the first thing i think of is your father. i know he is smiling down from heaven with a grin every time you fire it up!

As soon as I seen Paul standing with his dads truck I knew it was coming❤ I’ve yet to lose someone I was that close to, and I know I will not be able to handle that pain and sadness the way he does. Paul, you truly are a strong man, I want you to know that at 23 years old(I’ve been watching since the Tacoma build) that you truly are a role model to me. The daughter I’ve stepped up to raising has benefited from all the lessons I’ve gotten from you, as my father was no where near as loving and kind as you are. You left one out. The one that brought me to your channel. The Golden Nugget. Y’all build some cool stuff. I don’t always agree with the vision but always enjoy the builds. Congratulations on 4 plus years and look forward to seeing more!
Paul, you should get ahold of Gear Vendor and work out a transmission agreement. You cover almost all forms of motorsports on the channel. Might be good advertisement for them, and bulletproof transmissions for you.
Of all the videos that popped up on my feed this morning, I chose yours because I just went to a local car show yesterday. I could write a book making comments on which of your vehicles I really like and why. I appreciate all the information you pass along on your builds. Thank you!! And I am waiting for more!
I lost my mom "only parent I had/cared for me" in December of 2023. So I felt your emotions when you said now I'm gonna cry. She made it to 66 and I'm currently 30.😢
Better late than never! Question, I’ll be in Kanab and Zion National Park later in the week. Any suggestions for where to take my 9 yr old daughter? Or where to eat? I can’t wait!!
Activities I liked to do as a kid. Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Emerald Pools trail (Zion), Drive through the Mount Carmel Tunnel (Zion), Hike the Narrows (the river bed is the trail at the end of the paved portion. Might be too cold for that activity). Fab Rats put together a video of activities they like to do in the area.
This was a great video. Still the wrecker is my favorite and we could see how much it means to you. I really love them all. Ready to see Michelle's Jeepster done she deserves it. And I know you will make it nice and safe . Bless you all
Put me in tears even before you went into detail about the tow truck because I know what it means to you!
