Well as most of your know Ford recently let me play with the new Ford Bronco for three and half weeks. This particular one is a 2021 Outer Banks with the 2.3L and 10 speed automatic. I put 5100 miles on it in the short time period I had with it from Colorado down to south Texas to Moab and eventually dropped it off in San Diego California. I towed a 3000lb trailer and wheeled it over and too some of the most iconic spots in the US. This trip I was eager to see just how far I could push a stock Outerbanks Ford Bronco. Watch me wheel and talk through my impressions of the how it performs up Top of the World in Moab Utah.

Very capable but not the off road king. The wrangler is still more capable with better articulation imo but it’s an awesome addition to the off road body on frame suv segment and will push the segment with other manufacturers to be better and even more capable. It has already happened with jeep. Soon after ford released the bronco, jeep announced they will have a 35 inch tire packacke called the extreme recon package. That would not have happened without the bronco coming into the martlet. Also love how the Sasquatch package broncos look. I’m a Toyota 4Runner guy for life but also love broncos and wranglers.

Great video Chase! I am awaiting an order and trying to get it quicker. For that reason I switched from the Everglades (MIC, winch, snorkel could all be constraints) and switched to the BadLands. Hearing what you say in this video, I am wondering if you thought its usual configuration would be adequate for 95% of your (your personal) off-roading, or whether you would potentially wait longer for 35"s. (PS subscribed with all notifications on). My personal goal is to do the Trans-American Trail solo or with minimum support. I'm ordering a Rough Country hidden winch mount for the 2.7, so that all my 360° cameras aren't obstructed (another reason I changed from Everglades, which has none and the winch blocks)

Number 1 Thing I Don't Like About the Bronco - The '22 dealer allocation formula
The Bronco is nearly impossible to get for many long time reservation holders. Any dealer whose slice of the Bronco reservations is greater than their slice of overall Ford sales is going to have reservation holders waiting while other dealers will have dealer stock. Ford has reneged on their commitment to deliver reservations before dealer stock. For customers that reserved at smaller dealers who have fully embraced the Bronco, it will take years for them to get a delivery. Shame on Ford for pandering to large dealerships.
