Opened mine up and All Black (neutral 0Volt) connected together, All Yellow (12V main) connected, All Brown (12V CPU) connected. Yellow and Brown connected to same internal 12V feed but via different internal fuses. Purple wire is 12V. Blue is -12V, White and White are fan speed sense. Green is PSU on (when pulled to Neutral) , Grey is Power OK.

This is one the few videos which shows the Elite series voltages. How do you tell if the 3.3v is OK on the MOBO?

Hi, I have a HP DPS-500AB-36 A and I'm currently having problems with my computer turning on but no display and fans spin very fast. I plugged in the power supply with no cables connected to the motherboard and the psu turned on with the fans spinning. Is this supposed to happen? Cuz I didn't connect the p2 cable to the p1 like you did. I measured the cables with the multi meter and the p1 and p3 measured 12V correctly. I don't know what is the problem.
