    I'm an ex gymnast and I love doing gymnastics conditioning. I find it difficult to discover conditioning ideas on yt which is surprising to me. The real time videos are perfect. I love being able to just following along on my own. Thank you for this! ❤️

    Now here you go. I'm older, and use a bit of daily exercise to keep on the limber side and get some energy. Yours are exceedingly impossible for me, but I thought they were so great that I put them on one at a time, paused the video each time, and did about 10 reps for each one, hardly lifting my limbs next to what this gal can do, and going real slow. So in a sense I turned them into a different routine, but I think my body really loves it. Thank you for your extreme expertise.

      Thank you so much that is so sweet 🤍 When I am coaching I just have a google doc that has all my athletes strength exercises in them and name them with things like “good for your core”. Having them all in one place is a good go to if you are struggling with coming up with a workout when lesson planning 💪
      Thank you so much for the support!

    Hello, during the 10th exercise (knee jumps) is it better to go slow?

    • @LeanneVanRensburg
      @LeanneVanRensburg  2 года назад

      Hey! Do you mean the lunge to knee drive exercise? I usually do this in tempo so 1-2 seconds down into lunge and then fast up to high knee 🤍 but you could do this either fast or slow depending on what you are trying to get out of the workout Xx
