What a bit off bowling by legend Wasim Akram!.....................hotstile and decisive spell of bowling from him that made any team mentally and physically strong ...............The Kiwi were just shocked of what they witnessed.............. 6 wicket for 30 odd runs is just a perfect bowling figure for anyone but Wasim was master of that.............

Before that series Waseem Akram was the captain of pak cricket team but because of his behavior senior players refused to play under his captaincy and Salim Malik Was appointed as captain and Waseem thought that Waqar was behind this conspiracy but he was not ,,and after that they were not good friends like they were before this series
Under Wasim we lost to westendies 2-0 and in the one day series got out for 43

After that series Wasim was against Waqar and it was obviously clear / even though they toured England as Wasim the captain things were never the same after that
