Hi Murt . I bought these jeans recently and agree they are great jeans . Took them on a recent trip to Ireland and wore them just as much off the bike as on . Having short legs ( jeans got altered by local seamstress) I found the same issue with the knee armour pockets to the point I took it out ( I know kind of defeats the object) but will get that altered as well . Great review ... enjoy the ABR
Awesome to hear from another tall rider as i am also 6ft4 but have 36" legs, I was really worried that they would be short in the leg at 34 i will defo give these a try
You are so welcome, and thank you for visiting my channel. Us normal height people have to stick together! Don’t forget to measure your favourite jeans!! Ohh and feed back on your expenses would be much appreciated! 😁👍
I like and use riding jeans. These look very good. I'm currently using Knox AAA rated but they are single layer so I don’t completely understand how they gained their rating. Mine are reasonably close fitting so the armor stays where it should be. I think I prefer my riding jeans slightly longer than my regular ones as I still want them covering my boots when sat in a riding/crouch position on the bike.
Hi Steve. Please give them a call. I do know when I talked with them it was something that was going to be coming down the line. They should be able to clarify on the timeline. Hope that is some help. Please do let me know how you get on! I’m interested. Murt 👍
How do you find the waist sizing? I always wear Levis, and usually a 38w 34leg (im 6ft 2), but some other jeans companies I have to go to a 40waist as they're a bit snug.
@@the_mad_leprechaun I got mine the other day, in 38/34, bit "baggy" compared to the image on the website, deffo though they'd be more of a slim fit, but none the less, extremely comfy!
@user-fh6ki9fi9v ok glad you are mostly happy! Sorry if you found anything I said misleading! I don’t find them overly baggy, however I’m 55 and sound not be wearing slim fit anything. Please do let me know how you get on. It’s important to me! 😁👍 Murt
@@the_mad_leprechaun Deffo not your fault, I had them in my basket before I found your video, I just watched your video to see other peoples thoughts. I'm 35 and also probably shouldn't be wearing anything skinny/slim fit.
I had a similar problem with my knee pockets and in fact they were in different positions on each leg. When I sit on the bike with the knee armour in it's lowest position, the knee armour sits on my upper leg and gives no protection to my knees at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I paid £149 for jeans I won't wear.
Thank u Sir👍
You are welcome! Hang on what did I do? 😁👍
@the_mad_leprechaun tall people always struggle with jeans,, so u gave me good tips 👍👍
@@LKESBO ah wow! You are very welcome. 😁👍

I can't seem to find Roadskin knee sleeves on their site. Where do you get them from?

The waist I would say is slightly on the generous side. Plenty of room for breakfast! 😁 Hope that helps. 👍😁

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience. Have you considered Roadskin?
