Recipe for Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies with Roasted Pecan:
Ingredients:
150g Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tablespoon of Corn Starch
A pinch of Salt
1 Egg
80g Brown Sugar
20g Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
110g Softened Bitter
70g Dark Chocolate Chips
50g Roasted Pecans
How to make:
Follow the video and have fun! Just remember to bake your cookies in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/4 Gas Mark for 15-20 minutes until golden brown!
