- Many Ghanaians are engaged in online business activities but find it difficult to transact because they do not have Paypal accounts. My name is Joel Sam and this video tutorial is to help such individuals create their own accounts that will put an end to their struggle.
Ghana is not listed as a PayPal country but in response to comments on my previous videos, I felt it was necessary to share how to open a PayPal account in Ghana, exploiting an opening in the Paypal system which makes that possible. Kindly leave your comments, questions and suggestions in the comments section below.
The Visa Card that is guaranteed to work for your withdrawals is the UBA Africard. This can easily be obtained from any UBA bank without necessarily owning a UBA Bank Account. Others which may work include Stanbic, Ecobank, Cal and Access Bank Visa Cards.

Hello Sam, is the Visa card linked to your local Ghana currency account or did u create a separate dollar account in the stanbic and linked to the PayPal. And does it have to be visa card can Master card work
Ada Nweke it is linked to my local Ghana currency account. I did not have to create a dollar account with Stanbic. Also I can’t guarantee a MasterCard will work. Thanks

Please when you use your Debit Card and someone pays you via PayPal, does the money reflect in your bank account? And is it instant or you wait for some days for that to happen?

Hi Joel, thank you very much for the tutorials, it was very helpful. But I have a little concern, almost immediately after opening the PayPal account, following your steps, I got an email that I can no longer use the account because of their policy. They said they noticed some irregularities that was against their policy. I do not know what to do
I had a similar issue after uploading my National ID. US takes their information seriously, I don't think this can work in Ghana.

Bro, “You want to help young people in Africa become financially free” those are your words. I find that ironic when you are promoting a racist, platform that has no interest in creating financial inclusion in Africa or for black people in general. PayPal is a terrible platform my brother. If you really want to help young people in Africa, teach them how to open a secure crypto currency wallet like Exodus and send and receive crypto currency around the world without restrictions, KYC and without fear of limitations and account closures, which are so prevalent and notorious with PayPal. If you are selling goods or services from Africa, I would strongly advice not to use PayPal. If you are a Freelancer working gig jobs online I would strongly advice using platforms such as SEO clerks which pay freelancers in bitcoin or Ethereum. Do not get comfortable with PayPal as they are a vicious monster. Only God knows what they do with your KYC documentation. If you truly want financial freedom, cryptocurrency is the way to go. If you want to be a financial slave of the Bretton Woods Financial Cartel (VISA /MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, the Fed and all her share holder Banks, World Bank and IMF) that have destroyed the world with fake paper 🧻 worthless currency (Fiat) that robs the poor through inflation as a result of debasement and that is responsible for mass poverty in Africa, go ahead and open a PayPal account, and tell me what your finances will look like in the next 10 years. I can assure you they will be dismal. As soon as you start making any meaningful revenue on PayPal you will be slapped with limitations, KYC and the spotlight and intimidation will continue until they finally destroy your revenue stream. Keep in mind this is systemic in Africa. PayPal doesn’t do this as often to White America and to their White Customers in Europe or Asia. However for Africa it is a carefully orchestrated war to destroy you. Good luck everyone.
