Seems you are facing a technical fault with PayPal we can try troubleshooting this for you Try logging out of your PayPal about refreshing the browser and logging back in If using the app Try logging out of the app delete the reinstall and logging back in

Fees vary with different types of payments one way of lowering the fee is to send via family and friends this is now done in the web app version

Paypal can convert currency for you, you can change your details in the account
