so, on most your sales are you making $5-10 maybe after fees and shipping? Are you charging shipping. LIke you say you sold something for $30 you paid $15. Was a hat I think. That would be like $4 -$5 in ebay fees then like $5 to ship. Your cost would be $25 and sell for $30. Is this your model with retail arbitrage? Thanks
Yes it’s volume. That would be a lower end though, most things I’m doubling my money on. Obviously there’s bad items that brick. Check out my flipping from zero series and I go in depth on the numbers by each item.

Hey I'm new to your channel! Great video, So i have a kohls next to me, how did you know about this event? Do you just keep and eye or do they send you emails? Or do you just go in like walmart and see what they got for clearance?
There’s a member in my group that works at Kohl’s and alerts us all a week or so before the event. And I don’t waste my time in Walmart clearance, it’s too far and between not worth the time like it was 5 years ago

I honestly forgot to list them until like March. They sat in my death pile. So no I don’t regret picking them up, just not listing them sooner. I will have no problem moving them this winter for some good money. At the end of the day it’s just an investment and it will sell for some good profits.

Not when I still ship by the da they have to go out by. I have two business day handling on, so I still have my order scanned in by the day my handling reflects.

Hi cool video just came across your channel and watched some of your videos. I just signed up to sell on EBAY for retail arbitrage.....how do you find to set up free shipping? It seems like that works better for sales. Thanks!
Either way you do it you should view it as a total price. There’s trending prices on eBay so if an item is trending at $40 free shipping, why would anyone buy yours at $40 plus shipping so you’d want to list at $40 free ship or like $32 plus $8 shipping. I find it easier to just do free shipping. Just make sure you know what things will cost to ship so you don’t get burned on your projections if you do this. The eBay shipping calculator is a great way to learn these rates.

Great video!! You said you ship out only 3 or so days a week but pre print the labels…do you have your handling time set to three days or set to same day/1 business day ?
I ship Monday, Wednesday Friday and have my handling set at two business days but yes, I still print my labels every single night
