After 27 years I have not seen any audio or video of this concert surface so I decided to upload a piece. The filming is very bad, but it is transferred directly from the Video8 master. Until this posting it has only been seen by 2 people.

You could tell that R.E.M. was not afraid to be a success. Right as The Replacements and The Pixies were dissolving, R.E.M. was just about to TAKE FLIGHT.

disagree: they didn't tour for their two biggest albums. that tells me they were a little afraid of the mega success that would follow them
