      Not soft not hard. But I promise, you will love it. Remember the milk contains a lot of sugar, so u can consider reducing the sugar content.

    A lot of us are confused by the lack of baking powder and eggs in this recipe. Can you help us with an explanation so we could learn from you?

      Baking powder makes your Chinchin raise in size, so is mostly used by commercial bakers.
      Chinchin without eggs tend to last longer, than Chinchin that contains eggs. That is why most commercial bakers don't add eggs to their Chinchin.
