    Main Recipe Ingredients:
    ½ jumbo yellow onion
    2 large bell peppers (julienned)
    2 pounds of shaved ribeye
    4 oz of cream cheese
    2 tablespoons of Duke’s Mayo
    1 dozen Hawaiian sweet rolls
Canola oil for sautéing veggies and meat
    8-10 slices of provolone cheese
    Spices for Veggies:
1 heaping tablespoon of garlic paste
    2 teaspoons of black pepper
    1 teaspoon of onion powder
    2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
    Spices for the Ribeye:
2 teaspoons each of salt and black pepper
    2 teaspoons of onion powder
    2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
    Butter Baste:
3 tablespoons of melted salted butter
    ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
    ½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped Italian seasoning
    Recipe Instructions:
    1. Start off by sauteing the veggies at medium/high heat with the canola oil. I recommend letting the oil heat up first before adding veggies so it prevents them from getting soggy.
    2. Add all of the veggie seasonings to the pan and sauté the veggies until they are almost done (browned and soft). Remove from the heat for now and add your meat.
    3. Add all of your meat seasonings at this time but hold off on the cream cheese until later. I recommend searing the meat on medium/high heat and turning the temperature down after the meat has a nice brown crust on it.
    4. Add the cream cheese once you turn down the temperature. Mix well.
    5. Now it is time to add the veggies back and organize the meat into one long rectangle and place the provolone on top. I put a lid on my electric skillet to help the cheese melt faster.
    6. Once the cheese is melted, get ready to place it on top of your Hawaiian sweet rolls. I cut my rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on the bottom half before placing my meat mixture on top.
    7. Now this is up to you, but after filming, I added some American cheese on top of my sliders to experiment and discovered that they are even tastier than before! You can even add some ketchup and it will take it up a notch further.
    8. If you want to skip adding some American cheese and ketchup, go straight into placing the top half of the rolls on the meat mixture and baste the top of the rolls with the melted butter, salt, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
    9. Bake at 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) for 7-8 minutes or when the butter has soaked into the buns and browned them a bit.
    Enjoy!

Amazing. High quality food and video. You've got one of those channels that could go viral if you could find the strength to post often. Some of them would go viral. But it's got to be tough starting from the bottom. It's like that song: It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'N' Roll). Good luck.

@@creeksideculinary Why the cream cheese actually? Curious....

It isn't traditional, but common in parts of the West coast. Adds so much flavor, especially if you love creamy stuff!
