94 rules... what is it the Pirate Code.. well as Barbosa said; "more like guidelines really. Welcome aboard the Black Pearl Miss Turner." whoops sorry I digressed there.
It’s easy to overlook a video like this because it isn’t a flashy build or jig or tool but it may be one of the most important videos I’ve seen in a long time. I genuinely appreciate your videos. Thank you for highlighting a sometimes overlooked aspect of building furniture.
I enjoyed your video Chad. I am more into renovation and finish carpentry but I also do quite a few built ins. Over the course of more than forty years I have developed my own four very simple rules which I try to drill into apprentices that I have worked with. They are, when you build, make sure that it’s: level, plumb, square and straight. Whenever you have a problem in wood working it’s because you didn’t pay attention to one of those four basic principles! John Jensen from British Columbia.
I respect people who can admit their mistakes. I respect them even more if they can come up with solutions to overcome those mistakes. Chad is one of those people. Good job Chad!
I'm sorry if something has happened but where is Dan? I saw him one video and then he's gone the other one. I understand if you don't want to talk about it or feel comfortable talking about it.
Rule One! keep your fingers away from spinning saw blades!. Rule Two unplug power tools when playing with sharp things attached to said power tool! Rule 3 don't drink alcohol when working with sharp or spinning power tools. Rule 4 if it does not feel right STOP!
As always a great video thanks for sharing 👌👌👌👌👌❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for watching my friend
Always informative Chad. Thanks for continuing to make us better woodworkers.

Wow, thank you so much, Dylan. Yes, my channel does struggle. I'm not cool or tough. But I truly do what to help others. Thank you again

@@ChadStanton Why would I laugh at your mistakes? I make them too. Let's do this, let's give ourselves room for mistakes and learn from them together.
Stanton, you are hilarious and put out some great content.

EXCELLENT POINT! So true if you avoid one of those in the beginning it will only multiply as a problem as you go. Thank you!
I like how you explain your thinking and show examples. Really helpful. Thanks.
Thank you so much. I appreciate your kind words
