When he had to leave it definitely hurt the show (it actually changed the show)- Howard invested a lot in him
Fudgicle 2020 him leaving killed the show. Howards personality changed while artie was there to more of a celebrity kinda guy who cared about TV shows and what not. He was less angry and less like the typical man while artie was, not to say the show wasn't good because of it obviously but the dynamic did change. Secondly having no comedian on the show causes a lot of dead air. The show NEEDS Jackie and artie

She incurred an expense because she had to go on a trip for work. The company didnt tell her to own a cat but that doesn't make it not an expense. Their base is straight white males who emulate and admire these wrestlers because of their physical attributes and lives, if he is gay and becomes unpopular, then of course they would let him go, he wouldn't be a valuable asset and it would only be charity to keep him employed. The great part is, gay people are free in America, unlike most other countries, and in a capitalist country, they could start their own wrestling production and hire all gay people if they chose ( the irony is that would be perfectly acceptable to hire ONLY gay people, but not the reverse ) The hypocrisy in America sickens me for every situation, it only creates more issues and perpetuates division. Equality isn't so equal when it comes to straight white people, especially males.
