These asteroids are priceless if they will be secured into Earth orbit and then they will be turned for Spaceship manufacturing facilities.
In theory it's amazing but what are the implications? What if having an object too big in orbit can cause catastrophic events such as oceans lifting into space or accidentally let it crash into earth etc.

Accidental release can wipe out an entire world in very short time. Gravity charge of Asteroids are negligible and once secured in orbit the risk is minimum least an immense force will force it down.
