One day, can you do a pot roast in the crockpot with vegetables please?? This is something I mess up over and over. Everything becomes mush together. Do you sear your roast beef before you add to the crock pot? What seasoning do you use? How do you make the gravy thicker? Mine is always watery. This is something I’ve been wanting to make so bad but ALWAYS mess it up. 😂
