Spring🌸 is upon us. I might be in a baking slump because videos I try making are failing very often and is not to my standards of liking 😭 It's not easy to adhere to my weekly upload schedule 😖 But please understand I'm trying my best to meet my regular update time 🙇🏻♀️
The cookie I made today has caramel in it so I had to film making the caramel... but I have failed 3 times making it😭 So I failed at filming a sauce of my liking and used a store brand caramel sauce I had. If you are using a store brand, microwave it for 30 secs to make it runny.
🍪Cookie Dough🍪
Unsalted Butter 120g
Egg 50g
Caramel Sauce 70g
Soft Flour 240g
Cinnamon Powder 2g
Baking Soda 2g
Baking Powder 2g
White Sugar 30g
Brown Sugar 30g
Salt 1g
Walnut 40g
Pecan 40g
🥜Topping
Pecan 30g
Walnut 30g
Caramel Sauce 80g
👩🏻🍳How to make
1.Mix with a hand mixer butter at room temperature with brown & white sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2.Put in egg at room temperature and mix it.
3.Put in the caramel sauce and mix it.
4. Put in the sieved soft flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix it until you don't see any powders.
5. Put in the pecan and walnuts that was prepared in advance and mix it.
6. Put a plastic wrap on the dough and rest it in the fridge for an hour.
7. Divide the dough into 70g each and bake it for 8 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
8. Take it out for a bit and slightly press down the top.
9. Put the topping nuts on top and pour the caramel sauce as well.
10. Bake it for another 13 to 15 mins at 180 degrees Celsius (based on a Convection oven)

엄청 달진 않아요~단거 싫어하시면 캬라멜을 빼시는것도 좋을듯해요
