U.S. soccer goalkeeper Hope Solo was accused of domestic violence assault against her family members and the charges were later dropped, but in an exclusive interview with Robin Roberts, Solo said she was the victim.
“It’s still very difficult to talk about, what took place that night,” Solo, 33, told the “Good Morning America" anchor of the family gathering at her half-sister's Seattle home last June.
“I'm not going to go into all of the details, but it was a scary night," Solo said. "I was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of my 17-year-old nephew who is 6-foot-9, 280 pounds. I was struck over the head and concussed pretty severely. It was a very scary night.”

When she was arrested she told the cop that "she would kick his ass" and said "my necklace is worth more than you make in a year" She got caught driving her children drunk berated the police had a blood alcohol level of .24 ...3 times the legal limit. Told the police "You love it" about touching her arm when he escorted her to his vehicle. This girl is a toxic human.

I tend to side with the victims, because too often pro athletes get a slap on the wrist. I feel similar about this. As beautiful as Hope is, I do not doubt for a second that she has a dark side. I can not only see her getting ridiculously angry, but even see her being a bully. I've personally known girls/women who behave very similarly to how she expresses herself. She's very disciplined, but it's a cover up for the fact that at any time she could just lose it.

Perfect Sense One of my best friends is 6-4 and 245 lbs (played college football for 2 very good D1 football programs) and his girl friend (who's much smaller than him) got violent with him and did some serious damage like a broken nose/his eye was blood shot red which I'm pretty sure was from a broken blood vessel. I'm pretty sure the kid didn't get his ass kicked either but he did have some injuries though, where did you get the info that he was beaten up really bad or had his ass kicked? Hope Solo isn't a small women by any means, she was drunk, and violent. There are reasons why many wrestlers took crazy amounts of drugs, their bodies are in terrible shape when they get older/they are 40 years old but have the body of a 70 year old, many wrestlers die way earlier then they should, and plenty of wrestlers have brains of old people with alzheimer's disease.

"It wasn't to get her in trouble," said Teresa. "It wasn't for all of this. And if she just would have said sorry and taken the plea and got herself help, this would be over. But we continue on because she continues to lie."
