Hope you all enjoyed :) -this is the longest video I’ve uploaded yet, so please forgive any small mistakes, thankyou. -look out for the second round of voting!
In the recap you had Khora standing there and for a second I thought I misremembered. Love seeing everyone get a bit of a spotlight and I can't wait to see Hydroid win something for once!
Oof, I was actually featured. I was more so referring to Nekros being squishy outside of his argument. I think you said it best though. Nekros is good, Nezha is great.
My syndicate choices had a lot to do with me glossing over nekros without doing much with him. I sided Suda, SM, and AH so I was locked out of his augments, but once I got it I realized that nekros is one of those frames that is radically more fun with his augment mods. Not to mention that stripping changes made terrify a gamechanger for melee focused nekros builds.
I totally agree with the no helminth rule. Putting gloom on any Warframe instantly makes them decent no matter how shitty their base kit is and some combos can make great frames amazing
@@MEYH3M its more or less its because other frames do basically everything in his kit but more effectively and with out being so oddly complex to do his job, Gloom is his best ability and it can literally fit on ANYONE in almost any build, its great CC and Healing and having it on a frame whos kit is just better then Sevagoth, like have you seen a gloom Garuda? Its literally just infinite ability spam and healing
@@MEYH3M because it’s one of the best abilities in the game. It negates the weaknesses other Warframe has and makes them better than Sevagoth because of it. If Reap or Sow were the subsume ability it’d barely be touched but in turn would make Sevagoth a lot better because he’d be only one with gloom
The last match up had to be the hardest one for me to choose because I was a huge zephyr main for her sheer utility. Most times you have to decide if you want a grouping ability for crowd control, survivability, stripping for SP or straight damage. Zephyr's base kit is only missing the stripping, but more than makes up for it with the fact that her 4, when paired wit a strong single target weapon like the phenmor to kill everyone trapped in the 4 since her tornadoes copy damage and status chance dealt to a tornadoes to anyone caught by them. Even lackluster weapons can become powerhouses with zephyr's passive and 4
Limbo is undoubtedly very powerful, capable of making pretty much all content into a cakewalk. He's also actually quite easy to play. What works AGAINST him however, is the lack of synergy with other players (not frames or characters but players). And historically always had a bit of a reputation for being very annoying due to the rift preventing players from killing, and with stasis, stopping enemies, which usually slowed down the mission since they had to find those enemies stuck in stasis. This also had many limbos gimped due to effectively being banned from using a significant part of his kit when playing with others. But when he gets to use his abilities freely, save for like stealth and room nuking (mainly higher level with armour), he could become the best at defending, surviving, buffing his damage, and even finding loot in maps (useful during those medallion or sabotage cache search). Also people be sleeping on Oberon. His renewal is very good for support ability, especially with the augment mod. Hallowed ground with reckoning has base 50% armour strip, Hallowed ground also gives status immune + flat amount of armour when combo-ed with renewal. And I use the augment mod for smite for that radiation damage buff. Oberon is my go-to for Tridolons, since his renewal can very easily keep the capture machines alive, while his hallowed ground lets me ignore the magnetic procs from those waves AND the rad buff is nice when you don't want to use the necramechs for damage, or for missions in general. Could I use the more meta builds? sure, but I don't really go tridolon hunting much so it's a very safe choice whenever I need to do one for like nightwave. Especially when newer players can get involved, which also helps keep them alive.
As someone who voted gauss, he is by far the most fun frame to me, and Grendel may be pretty good but there is no way he’s both better and more fun than gauss
@@AAAAHHHHHHHHHH Fun? Up to you. Better? Objective truth. Gauss is better on star charts and is still good in steelpath but in steel path you lose out on the map wide damage and becomes limited by the now nerfed AOE weapon ammo pool which only further hurts gauss as fires faster meaning you need to run around way more for ammo mutation to work. Can gauss still clear rooms thanks to his buffs? Yes but at greater difficulty and less safety and requiring more input to do so as you will need to keep pressing your 1 to maintain your damage immunity while also not being immune to toxin, electric or other extremely deadly status effects without rolling guard. He has fantastic buffs but only for himself meaning his strength comes from his weapons not the frame. He is essentially harrow in a different form. Grendel can sweep rooms any level with his 4 since it scales with enemy level and health while also completely stripping all their armor. Can grant his allies doubled energy gain from all sources including wellspring, grants them a sizable damage boost, can spread viral across the room when he is hit or if you use the combat discipline aura and is near unkillable as he heals most of his health by pressing 2. Grendel provides more for himself and his team and does it way easier while not relying needing to rely on his weapon to do so. Not to mention the 100% armor strip is insanely powerful in places that spawn insanely tanky enemies like the thrax enemies on steelpath. Also kind of a meme but meatball exists, not super useful since the protections it grants isn't needed but it's there and you can use the catapult augment to also move insanely fast.
Trinity can just self sustain as long as you can dps, and can even armor strip a couple enemies. Now granted this is no zoom zoom thermal sunder repeat build, but anything beyond that, you're just not gonna use Titania for that. Maybe void flood if you don't wanna jump around for orbs, but even then it's just copium.
Voting but also supplying your play time on the frames you're voting for would be interesting. I see too many people vote but they don't even have the frame
4K Hours and 40% time played as Grendel. Was a main since he came out! New buffed Grendel is INSANE and easily one-shots SE enemies now with just an okay build. So much armor strip and energy regen for the squad!
Banshee can break the damage cap. Her only issue is the useless 4 and the lack of survivability. Use shield gating or just slap gloom on her and you got a frame that can armor strip, make huge numbers and can't die.
7:13 Barruk by himself can do amazinng damage and survivablity. with CC, as a person who runs disruption with Banshee, she can get you killed very quikly if you are got lacking while barruk can 2 shot enemies while taking 2 damage.
32:18 As a Titania Main I have to agree. I love Trinity to death, she's such a fun support to play, but Titania can do nearly anything. She has amazing cc, energy recovery, some pretty good buffs, and of course fairy mode. She's the fastest frame in the game with not even a contest (yes, much faster than gauss if build right), and her ult has some pretty good dps output. Trinity in turn is a very focused frame, I think. She's incredibly good at what she does, but at least from my time with her, can't handle such a widespread selection of activities as good as Titania does. Her support is off the charts, she's tanky and link builds can do some pretty good damage, but overall she just falls short when compared to Titania. All that being said, I much rather have a Trin in my squad than a Titania.
Atlas' one weak ability is Tectonics, and the moment you get access to Rubble Heap and Path of Statues is when his kit really comes together. A shame it takes two augments to achieve, but after a certain point you simply do not require energy for his punching anymore, which means he can continue to punch forever, giving him constant invulnerability periods and maximum damage output. It's to the point that I've actually given him a bunch of range and power in my build and still reliably get a high kill count in Steel Path content even in squads. ----- Banshee has, in some ways, a similar problem to Sevagoth; her best ability is also the one she gives away to Helminth, meaning that she barely gets used for her own merits anymore. And her merits are numerous. It is simply a shame that Overguard renders the mapwide knockdown of Resonating Quake a less viable tactic for Interception than it used to be. ----- Caliban's kit is a tad odd, but it's more than enough to get him and the team through most endgame content. His first ability is a write-off, let's just establish that from the get-go, but his second operates as a viable panic button, while his third is just plain useful from a survivability standpoint, both for himself and the team. One must remember that his sentient summons have heightened threat levels similar to Decoy, sentient adaptation, and access to Caliban's passive, making them a lot tankier than they may initially seem and a lot more reliable for pulling fire away from Caliban and his allies. In addition to this, they grant Caliban himself some generous shield recovery and access to stable Overshield income, making his passive more reliable than it may initially seem even if it can't achieve the full 90% of the Adaptation mod proper, but it's not really super necessary for it to do so to begin with. Caliban's 4 is absolutely where all his power is concentrated, and in order to make both maintenance of his sentients and constant casting of his 4 less of a pain, I do highly recommend Natural Talent or Yellow Shards for casting speed, but ideally you should be dropping defence-stripping bubbles all over the place. ----- Ember's first ability remains the weakest in her kit, this is certain, but she remains viable even at later game content. The only real failure I can see in her kit right now is the fact that Fire Blast does not strip armour through Overguard, but other than that as long as you have some kind of energy income aside from Zenurik, she's golden. ----- Frost is a real powerhouse. Perhaps it was unfair to put him up against Excalibur, but Frost's kit has hidden depths to it. Avalanche is pretty straightforward, I admit, but Snow Globe? Boy howdy is that ability great. People often cite it as being invalidated by Gara these days, and I admit that Gara's wall can be pretty great! But Snow Globe has its merits also -- first and foremost being that it has a 4s invulnerable damage absorption period, but secondly, recasting Globe from within will maintain its current health pool and _refresh the damage absorption period_, essentially allowing Frost to, with enough energy income, maintain a snow globe theoretically forever invulnerable while also simply continuing to ramp its health pool higher and higher for when it isn't invulnerable. Snow Globe also has an inherent slowing functionality on enemies that pass into it, an environmental slow that is difficult to resist. And lastly, Snow Globe can deal damage: When enemies that are not resistant to CC make contact with the expanding Snow Globe, they are frozen and flung back, being dealt damage when they collide with a wall. This damage can be up to 50% of their current total health, _at any level._ With Roar or Molecular Prime, this damage easily achieves instant kill on any non-eximus mooks. Ice Wave itself I admit is a case of "the augment should REALLY be part of the base ability", but it is what it is. Ice Wave without the augment is lacklustre and only really reliably applies cold procs in a decent cone, but with the augment spreads the same type of environmental slowing effect as those floor panels in the Void. Any enemy that is susceptible to that effect will be slowed by it reliably, even if they would otherwise shrug off other CC effects - for example, Necramechs in the Deimos Isovaults are VERY reliably dealt with by Ice Wave Impedance. Freeze, Frost's 1, can be used to burst Snow Globes that are getting in the way, and knock down any enemies inside, but otherwise can be used to put a patch of the same slowing ground as Ice Wave Impedance in the environment, without an augment. His kit could certainly use a couple tweaks to get it back up to modern standards, but it is otherwise very functional. ----- Something that I find needs to be reiterated to Gauss enjoyers surprisingly often is that HE IS NOT 100% INVULNERABLE. He is resistant to THE MOST COMMON DAMAGE TYPES, yes, up to 100% resistant even, but he is not by ANY measure invulnerable. As ANYONE who has gone up against a toxin or shock eximus could attest. He has resistance to Impact, Puncture, Slash, Heat, Cold, and Blast. Only those six damage types. True, that comprises the vast majority of the damage that Corpus and Grineer will bring to bear against you, but not _all_ of the damage they can bring out. Furthermore, he is not invulnerable to TAU damage from Sentients and Eidolons, he is not invulnerable to CORROSIVE, TOXIN, GAS, VIRAL, nor is he invulnerable to RADIATION, ELECTRIC, MAGNETIC. These damage types are admittedly less common than the others. But they do, regardless, appear. And all it takes is one toxic ancient sneezing as he rounds a corner, one mutalist osprey dropping a toxin cloud at level 100+, or one of the two eximi mentioned above to ruin his day. Even Nox can take him out. ----- Grendel has always been an interesting frame, even since release, even if his potency or role was sometimes in doubt. Personally I find that he is less interesting now that he is limited to five enemies captured, even if he is more potent for all the other buffs overall. ----- I could go on but honestly it's late and I think my biggest takeaway or comment is... most people don't... really keep up with every single change that happens in every single update. I know very few people that actually check out the patch notes, and I have known multiple individuals who basically permanently swear off a warframe based off of a bad impression upon release, no matter how numerous or how potent the changes to them. Yareli and Grendel, for example. And... ...far too many people pick one warframe to become invested into and ignore basically everything else, doing absolutely ludicrous things like putting 6 formas a frame that usually only needs one, maybe two, three in the rarest of instances to achieve their final forms. Sometimes it's a good frame, at which point they tend to become elitist "Why would I ever use X when Y gets the job done just the same?" "Why would I ever use Z when Y is so much better?". Sometimes it's a bad frame, like Hydroid, who is extremely difficult to redeem at this point in time. I suppose my big question is... ...How the hell do people look at Equinox and go "Yeah, that's better than Hildryn, definitely."? She's not been touched in any way for several years and she fell off of ANY relevant content ages ago. Her nuke requires too much time and effort to charge for one usage once in a blue moon unless you're going with Helminth, and outside of that nuke, she's... what? In Day Form, she's got one ability she'll never use because you only build for one form at a time, one ability that's actively harmful to use because who the hell is going to cast the ability that makes enemies move and attack faster on any piece of content that's actually endgame, one ability that you turn on to give less strength then a single mod or augment, and her nuke, which you spend more time building up than actually making use of and has serious limitations to how it spreads besides.
The only thing i use loki for is steel path void cascade, he is objectively the best for me with shuriken applied to disable armor of thrax. his invisibility does not require you to sit there and teabag constantly to keep up and he can use switch teleport to quickly head across small areas faster to get to say, the exolizer if an enemy is near. I used to like octavia but i hate her now, im so tired of that crouch spamming even with max duration as you need to use at least 3 of her powers at all time and so it feels like the 50 second duration goes by in like 10 seconds.
I may or may not have entirely forgot about that comment. I absolutely had time at some point. While it’s sad to see Voruna losing, it makes sense. Zephyr is a long time amazing frame, while Voruna is a new frame that is a tad gimmicky to understand fully.
Excalibur is liked more then Frost because his kit works way better then frosts and Excal has better augments, as of now the only thing frost has going for him is some defence with his 3 and armor strip with his 4, his 1 and 2 completely useless and his playstyle in general is boring compared to excal. Excaliburs kit on the other hand works way better with the Chromatic blade and furious javlin augments. you have a powerful CC blind, the BEST melee damage buff in the intire game with his 3 augment and movement and some survivability with his 1. His 4 being his signature ability is the icing on the cake casually one shoting everything that stands in his way. I love Frost i have 5 forma on him but Excal takes the EZ win here.
This and the previous series made me realize I have to look at Mesa again. I don't vote on her polls because I don't use her but also always thought she's good just for her regulators and that they fall off pretty quickly
Her 4 is good but her augmented 1, 2 and 3 are crazy and scale better with the current state of ranged weapons, mostly due to access to arcanes and because you aren't burning energy on a frame with no innate energy regen. I don't actually know the science behind building her 1 but I know it's possible and it deals insane single target damage; her 2 adds survivability for both you and your allies as well as provide a weapon damage buff; her 3 can be ran in conjunction with builds for any of her other abilities, but its true potential comes when you have the mod space for augmenting it, which significantly reduces the frequency enemies can deal damage to her, which she then mitigates by 95%, so long as the attack source is ranged (and it's possibly her weakest ability unless you neither replace or build for her 1).
Any frame can take it but with recent changes she has a gigantic aoe succ, free shield gating, and massive slash damage. Some other bad frames have sand
My mains are Rev and Rhino, and honestly... I take Rhino every time. So they're both tanks, meaning to do their job, they have to be able to take a lot of damage. Now, Mesmer skin is a number of hits you can take. Iron skin is an amount of life. Seems like one would be way better... except when you're surrounded by 30 bullets, and each one is a hit, those... what, 20 charges on Mesmer is going to get sapped up in about 2.5 seconds. But, if you build Rhino up, slap on his augment for rhino charge, I can have 1m+ overguard in 2 seconds with 50 energy. That's going to last a lot longer than 20 hits. Oh, and did I mention he has the best damage buff in the game, that double dips and works on abilities? I'd take that over laser beams every day and twice on Sunday.
Regarding the Harrow and Hildryn debate is not preference but rather, its clear to most people Harrow is a better frame even if is close overall, a close vote is a contested one rather than mean that these frames are equal.
I’m honestly hoping Hydroid doesn’t ‘Win’ the full thing. I like him. I have a 100 Forma Hydroid. Am I insane? Yes. But Hydroid is the better water based frame than Yareli period. Also, can we get the Zephyr treatment for Hydroid’s 4? Shoot the Kraken for widespread AoE Damage to all bound targets- Edit 1: Between Mag and Loki though, I’m 50/50. Admittedly, I love Mag but I can’t deny that the Loki Main himself Triburos made me see Loki’s potential even before helminth. Helminth did make him more versatile but the tournament doesn’t factor that in. Loki right now is the only frame I needed 2 of for the number of builds I have for them alongside Equinox. That’s meaning at least 6 total between the two either due to polarities or just not having enough load outs period for one of them.
i don't think you have any idea how OP excalibur is with furious javlin. They took an augment that already powerful and removed the enemy cap, so it scales infinitely. He can hit billions of damage and am not exaggerating here. he can reach the game's damage cap.
nyx is an amazing frame as the game gets harder while novas skills tend to hit a wall past a certain point, i dont really think theyre comparable but at the same time i cant say im surprised at the results of the poll. if you ever struggle with steel path endurance give nyx a try, i guarentee you that you will have a much easier time whenever you and violence arent wrecking each others shit as usual
Ok, as another yareli player, whoever said that xaku is worse than yerali is high. Xaku has so much more than yareli from point defense, to the ability to afk. One thing that Yareli does have over Xaku however, is how buggy Merulina is which can break the game in fun/convenient ways (and arguably is more fun).
U earned a sub from me. I thoroughly enjoyed this vid. I never voted or even know of your channel until tonight while drunk but I found myself sitting through the whole thing guessing out loud each winner… or loser…. Whatever. Much love 💜
Having played Limbo for as long as I have, I predict that he will finish last due to “haha Limbo bad” which is just all of these people not even knowing his kit.
About frost, his only good ability is his 4th, which is also only really good thanks to augments which can limit his builds. His 1 is a joke His snow globe is only good on certain missions and even then is outclassed by other defensive abilities (gara, limbo, vauban etc.) His ice wave is another joke, only use is with the augment that turns it into a slightly less horrible cc His 4 is strong, but compared to other warframes that are known for their 4th ability he just doesn’t compete. Like excalibur who has good cc and a 4th ability who can shred without armor strip.
I'm going to have to deflect every bit of that Grendel hate comment. Grendel is not slower as his ball form can actually be just as maneuverable and as quick as gauss' Mach Rush. He takes "more damage" but he's never in danger of dying. Massive armor bonuses, a good CC with Nourish's stagger, plentiful self healing, and the lowest shield in the game allowing the easiest chaining shieldgate available. Remember that Gauss' Kinetic Armor is *physical* damage. Not damage from toxin, rads, gas, magnetic, etc. He's not invulnerable just needs a far more niche situation to kill. Additionally you can't say their Helminth's are even comparable. Thermal Sunder is a damage ability, and Nourish is an energy multiplication, CC, and true viral buff, as well as a status primer. Maybe pre-rework but post rework more frames want Nourish over Sunder as they innately have more kill power in their kit, and need defensives and buffs to assist it. Also sure, Sunder is a strong ability, but saying Grendel does *less* damage is a laugh. Grendel's Regurgitate alone has infinite scaling as it's damage is tuned to enemy health, as well as having the highest base armor strip in the game. At lower levels it may not kill as *fast* as Sunder, but going to higher and higher levels it will never become ineffective. If he wanted to look at facts he certainly studied in an outdated textbook.
OK I do have a reason, even as someone who basically mained valkyr, it's 3 useful abilities with 1 that can be put on any frame against 2 useful abilities with 1 that can be put on any frame, warcry can be put on any frame, meaning the main reasons to play valkyr now are prolonged and hysteria, and spider man like gameplay, but with valkyr now only having the advantage of hysteria which can kill her in some circumstances, yeah I voted for her to be worse, I will say DE need to buff her in some way because currently valkyr is struggling against Excalibur and baruuk as a exalted melee frame, even wukong can do it better at times, I'm not saying valkyr is the worst frame or bad, she's just in need of some love to get back on her feet from being basically 3rd party nerfed.
Valkyr is so bad in anything but killing, I main her, so I'd know. I want 3 reworks in that order: Hydroid(btw, I don't like the 2 first, but they do need it), Inaros and then Valkyr. The 2 first are self explanatory and the reason for Valkyr is that her kit is soooo outdated. Btw, I have over 45% of playtime on Valkyr as a MR30. Also, just subbed :)
Dang, only found out about this series now and my vote for worst frame doesn't even appear in the series. The motes are like volt's speed but even more annoying and her healing numbers are padded like Saryn's damage. Her passive merely passes the buck of aggro to her allies (or the objective) like all stealth frames. Her primary use is that she can choose two paths when she loses the race to the target during capture races.
Hildryn vs harrow.... They're both quite good. Harrow doesn't do well in a team unless it's a coordinated team or eidolons. He has to do everything or hes not doing his kit. Hildryn does everything. Shield gating, armor stripping. Her balefires can be built to be quite damadging
I think hildryn may be considered worse than harrow because of how hard she is to get and also solo play doesn't give an excuse for harrow to be better as both are viable both ways with hildryn being insanely strong and if modded right you can take advantage of the shield drop invincibility and you only need to mod one stat for her energy instead of mass micromanaging
She is worse than Harrow because she literally is worthless in low level content. She 100% can not replenish her shields through her abilities if you are fighting anything under level 40 because they just don't have enough armor or shields. They can still rip through her shields though due to there being no form of damage mitigation to shields.
Lets just establish whats relevant, T1 fully Modded frames T2 modded with meta augments T3 that plus helminth T4 meta minmax wit helminth and archon shards/invigoration Based on what Bonk said hes looking for, only use T1 and T2 comparisons.
Firstly thanks for including me in the video :) Secondly I think you misspoke or misunderstood my comment on Lavos vs Limbo. I think Lavos outperforms Limbo slightly in most situations because he has more build diversity. But if we were just stuck on let's say base frames with no mods then Limbo wins
i have to agree with all of this but oberon? definitely getting put down cause everyone only sees him as eidlon energy/immune to status or healing, he’s more capable and not necessarily with surviving but DAMAGE, hallowed reckoning while stripping armor + any viral weapon like prob cernos, no level cap is surviving the bloody murder, but i typically run pure range instead of strength, blinding myself and lagging my game in steel path, sure there could be a better stripper but he definitely does better stripping and damage than ash even could, besides who needs to be invisible the entire game when u can cc with hallowed grown, hella extra armor and healing which can be topped with adaptation, only down side is ur frames dropping after too many enemies but u can lock down an area just like octavia/khora but better damage and faster aswell i never needed to sub an ability in oberon but i’d think surge or gloom could be the cherry ontop if we’re taking rage for energy into account and i typically use this solo so using slow or speed nova + other warframes like nidus/wisp or even nekros for extra look is viable, sadly warframe has gotten to the point no one runs with friends to create a synergy, most will disagree with me but i recommend trying before leaving a hate comment
Oberon main here: I build my Oberon for survivability over everything else (Rage + Quick Thinking) and I can still completely strip armor in one go without augments (Blind rage + Umba mods, even works on most bosses) and if things are still too hairy, one hallowed ground is all I need to CC.
I gotta disagree with ember being worse than equinox. They’re both perfectly capable of nuking low level content effortlessly, and when our weapons are capable of doing the same job the minor differences don’t really matter there. Ember though scales much better than equinox does into high level content, especially without helminth. Ember has incredible survivability and full aoe armor strip while equinox can waste her aoe damage to heal herself when your operator can do the same for any frame without wasting resources. Equinox also can’t do anything against eximus and acolytes in her base kit, while ember’s damage mitigation and armor strip are unhindered by them. Not to mention embers has some pretty insane energy generation with augments
I fear Yareli has no chance against Voruna and Wukong so she will probably make it into the semifinals. But swear to god I will prevent with everything in my power to get her voted as the worst frame. I think the public perception of her is quite skewed and biased to her being really bad although she is ok and better than a good handful of other frames.
I love Gauss, but Grendel is better. Great at tanking with his one. He gains 250 armor with each enemy in his gut reaching 1250. I've beaten Gauss in races with his three, the meatball move. Stripping armor with his four, cc with his two by spreading viral and spreading nourish to his squad giving everyone a buff with great energy economy. Gauss is fast, But if Gauss is Sonic running, Grendel is Sonic spin dashing. It's actually difficult to decide because Gauss does have damage reduction and armor stripping, but I always had problems with Gauss's Energy economy. It got better later on, but I still run out of it unlike Grendel.
Wow. I am surprised you pronounced my name correctly. Thank you. I was being a bit of a contrarian, but still think ash is slightly worse than Atlas I think I commented with helminth consideration as well
I wish trinity got buffed. Her original crit augment from a year or so ago got buffed recently, it's way better. But it's another case of the developer putting a patch onto a frame instead of reworking them. All "healers" fall flat because of 1/3 of one single Wisp ability. Also these days just slap gloom onto everyone and you have infinite health. All other healers fill some niche at least, healing isn't their main use. Even in eidolon hunts I prefer an Oberon instead of Trinity. She works too similarly to an rpg healer. Small aoe stationary status cleanse, healing, energy regen, etc. She just isn't needed in her current state. The only buff I can think is turning her revive passive into an aoe that's instant and also works on companions
10:48 frost is statistically better.. hey CC potential is quite high and his ability to enhance damage is quite powerful. He is good synergy, and some flexibility that Excalibur just is lacking. I personally play neither but frost>Excal
Gara being worse than Garuda is a testament to how people sleep on her. she's such a versatile frame and can be modded in numerous ways for numerous playstyles (not just focusing on a splinter storm build, it's not the only viable way to play). she can be played as a support with mending splinters, she can be played as a melee frame, a defense frame, etc. she may not be THE best as those things, but heres the thing. does Garuda perform well in every mission type compared to Gara? no. Garuda at base cannot really do interception, defense, profit taker, etc (mainly steel path as any frame can do the normal star chart tbf). Gara can do these missions with relative ease or safety due to the 90% reduction. people choosing Gara as worse than Garuda fail to see the absolute unit she is. A good Garuda is worse than a good Gara.
Who ever put hildryn in this list is trippin hildryn is one of the strongest frames with her balefire being strong af, pillage being one of the best armor strips in the game, and a way for her to cc great.
Come on... Frost's worse? Excalibur gets swamped and burns out like a match in content where Frost can persist thanks to his soft and hard CC as well as defense (actually his weakest point) which let you employ ways to stay alive through survivability mods or arcanes. Frost, with the meta shifting toward ranged weapons and armour values getting higher almost every other update, might even be out-damaging the melee focused Excalibur with armour strip while Excalibur can at best try to match him with a very complicated build that finds a delicate balance between viral/heat, critical damage and slash procs. - - - A second word on Octavia: her buffs are so horribly finicky, even if Protea has trouble at staying alive in the long run and there are plenty of examples showing people using Octavia very well, I'd still call her better than that musical mess. She's a rhythm game with unclear timers, tight tolerances and no way to calibrate your inputs so even if you keep good rhythm, if you are persistently a little early or late it doesn't matter and you get nothing, enjoy bleeding on the floor because the entire room was focused on you while you were teabagging the floor. She has excellent energy economy, her mallet infinitely scales even better than enemies armour can scale because at a certain level the game only increases their damage and the mallet spots it right back, but it's so annoying trying to build for it so you don't have to keep spamming to upkeep those abilities while keeping the said effective.
I think there around the same level if I’m reading their stats, right Xaku uses evasion as his primary form of survivability, which is unreliable Yareli has 90% they are in 200% damage vulnerability on one of her powers has tornadoes that the squad can use, and immobilizes enemies so incredibly powerful But xaku’s infinity scaling damage an armor strip makes him a strong contender however he just doesn’t have quite as much control in a mission as a Yareli would You’re really is fractionally and I do mean this fractionally better than Xaku when played by somebody competent to add insult to injury as to why I think this you can just slap 100% armor strip on any frame using pillage, or terrify hell there’s a operater abilities in Unariu that do the same thing but you cannot just put 200% base damage vulnerability on any warframe 💀 although she likes infinitely scaling damage she will hit harder with guns and provide more to a squad than a xaku So she is fractionally just fractionally better because infinitely ceiling damage means a lot but Yareli allows the squad to take advantage of stuff like xaku’s grasp of lohk she’s a great enabler
How can you guys do my guy Limbo like that? There was a reason why he had to be nerfed, as his CC had to be toned down, because it's just too good. Before the eximus dework, nothing could stop Limbo. Not the mention the augment for his 3 gives him so much damage. I mean, I mained Limbo for years so I even made a build that made him unkillable even withouth his passive. How is cooldown boi better than him? The time that you've set up a combo with Lavos you are A) already dead or B) the Limbo has already CC-d the room and probably killed them too. Not to mention you can't troll with cooldown boi.
As an person whose main limbo for at least 4 years now, I still get an little sad when he gets shafted due to his infamous background with noobs or trollers. Limbo is definitely one of - if not the hardest frames to git gud with in the game. But for those who master him he’s probably the best non-nuke/exalted frames in the game. For the fact that he absolutely trivializes the majority of the content in the game with or without his abilities. Imo, I could hard carry any frame in any mission in game (base or steel path) with my limbo.
33:50 Valkyr better make it around 3 she’s awful hysteria is a awful ability. And if you play her outside of hysteria, you are wrong warcry is nice but the armor boost is the only thing I care about and armor on most friends is piss, poor and it’s just not that great, hysteria accumulates damage so when you finally run out of energy, you just die unless you don’t but the fact that I have to play as a hack and slash and I can’t die who can’t fully pump strength because then I’ll just run out energy so instead of forced to use duration and efficiency to stay alive is annoying. Send her to round 3 honestly, she should be second place
Hope you all enjoyed :)

Amazing! Instant sub! This was fantastic! Keep it up fam🎉 sky’s the limit homie!🤗
In the recap you had Khora standing there and for a second I thought I misremembered. Love seeing everyone get a bit of a spotlight and I can't wait to see Hydroid win something for once!
Gotta say using my comment was not only unexpected but also hilarious.
Oof, I was actually featured. I was more so referring to Nekros being squishy outside of his argument. I think you said it best though. Nekros is good, Nezha is great.
despoil with health conversion, you're welcome.
Crazy how people say Sevegoth is a bad frame and then proceed to put his ability on every single one of their frames.
Gloom isn't the only subsume😂
@@MEYH3M Sevagoth isn't bad, he just had a tough competitor
@@MEYH3M because it’s one of the best abilities in the game. It negates the weaknesses other Warframe has and makes them better than Sevagoth because of it. If Reap or Sow were the subsume ability it’d barely be touched but in turn would make Sevagoth a lot better because he’d be only one with gloom
Me, a loki main:
Yeah, I know how this ends 😢
Hydroid: "May the worst frame 'win'
@@ThatOneDudeTo the puddleboi is straight up more boring than invisible boi so that is why he wins the loser medal
Loki is a frame that honestly deserves a rework befitting of his aesthetics.
@@CH3353N1NJ45 yep, a full-on bona-fide full rework
Jeez I love this game. Hope we get at least 10 more years with it.
Gauss vs grendel is an extreme case of people not knowing what they're talking about but still voting.
Caliban has one of the best defense strips in the entire game. The rest of his kit is pretty meh though.
It would be awesome if Caliban's 4 had an augment that grouped everything that was effected.
Exactly my point, you never see titania in SP and I don't even think people use her 1, 2 or 3 so yea I think people just like stupid speed.
@@blix17 Yeah more people doing casual relic missions than endgame stuff. So I guess speed clearing low lvl content is more important to people.
Voting but also supplying your play time on the frames you're voting for would be interesting. I see too many people vote but they don't even have the frame
Damn, the frost hate. His 3 does true damage, his 4 armour strips, and he's got amazing augments. He's mad in everything. Excal is just...there.
So her 2 issues are thing Baruuk has?
@@weebtrash3376 barruk does NOT have survivability issues,
@@3692Halo ...that’s literally what I said
You can see the MR in some of these comments in the video lmao
Xaku Vs Yareli...
A God Vs an E girl.
Both frames had needed reworks early into their lives, and the results don't lie. Xaku got me legendary rank. Period.
I remember being so sad my two mains were matched up against each other, but it's overwhelmingly true, Nidus is just so strong, and Oberon is so niche
-----
Banshee has, in some ways, a similar problem to Sevagoth; her best ability is also the one she gives away to Helminth, meaning that she barely gets used for her own merits anymore. And her merits are numerous. It is simply a shame that Overguard renders the mapwide knockdown of Resonating Quake a less viable tactic for Interception than it used to be.
-----
Caliban's kit is a tad odd, but it's more than enough to get him and the team through most endgame content.
-----
Ember's first ability remains the weakest in her kit, this is certain, but she remains viable even at later game content. The only real failure I can see in her kit right now is the fact that Fire Blast does not strip armour through Overguard, but other than that as long as you have some kind of energy income aside from Zenurik, she's golden.
-----
Frost is a real powerhouse.
-----
Something that I find needs to be reiterated to Gauss enjoyers surprisingly often is that HE IS NOT 100% INVULNERABLE.
-----
Grendel has always been an interesting frame, even since release, even if his potency or role was sometimes in doubt. Personally I find that he is less interesting now that he is limited to five enemies captured, even if he is more potent for all the other buffs overall.
-----
I could go on but honestly it's late and I think my biggest takeaway or comment is... most people don't... really keep up with every single change that happens in every single update.
Watching all my favorite friends move on to the next round. It's hilarious. I think I need to switch up what I'm playing clearly
I may or may not have entirely forgot about that comment. I absolutely had time at some point. While it’s sad to see Voruna losing, it makes sense. Zephyr is a long time amazing frame, while Voruna is a new frame that is a tad gimmicky to understand fully.
Zaphyr was bad for a looooong time
Excalibur is liked more then Frost because his kit works way better then frosts and Excal has better augments, as of now the only thing frost has going for him is some defence with his 3 and armor strip with his 4, his 1 and 2 completely useless and his playstyle in general is boring compared to excal.
I love Frost i have 5 forma on him but Excal takes the EZ win here.
ok...ok ill let the frost loss slide
This and the previous series made me realize I have to look at Mesa again. I don't vote on her polls because I don't use her but also always thought she's good just for her regulators and that they fall off pretty quickly
It falls but dosen't fall too hard, you can still keep deleting rooms in most of steel path so thats like %99 of the games content.
I'm already predicting that yareli takes the dub for this whole thing

As a vauban main Ordis's comment made me smile. I love those ridiculous ability names.
Shoot the Kraken for widespread AoE Damage to all bound targets-
Edit 1: Between Mag and Loki though, I’m 50/50.
Ok? Still mid and other frames do it better and without augs

Hildryn *does not die* unless you walk away from the game and constantly strips enemies. Harrow is an edgy masochist.
Nice video, and thx for featuring my comment 👍
nyx is an amazing frame as the game gets harder while novas skills tend to hit a wall past a certain point, i dont really think theyre comparable but at the same time i cant say im surprised at the results of the poll. if you ever struggle with steel path endurance give nyx a try, i guarentee you that you will have a much easier time whenever you and violence arent wrecking each others shit as usual
Me a Hildryn main: Damn, it hurts, but he kinda right tho
About the frost thing, a bad frost is more disruptive than a troll limbo.
Whatever.
Much love 💜
Just wanted to add, your editing is great.
Hydroid. That's it. 40 minutes spared.
Considering this is round 1… no? You never know how it will end , people made predictions like this in the best tourney aswell.
Having played Limbo for as long as I have, I predict that he will finish last due to “haha Limbo bad” which is just all of these people not even knowing his kit.
About frost, his only good ability is his 4th, which is also only really good thanks to augments which can limit his builds.
His 1 is a joke
His snow globe is only good on certain missions and even then is outclassed by other defensive abilities (gara, limbo, vauban etc.)
His ice wave is another joke, only use is with the augment that turns it into a slightly less horrible cc
His 4 is strong, but compared to other warframes that are known for their 4th ability he just doesn’t compete. Like excalibur who has good cc and a 4th ability who can shred without armor strip.
nice editing, such a long vid too, prolly took forever. congrats to you or whoever edits
My first video of yours im watching and i love it! Will definently particpating in the future
Volt kills enemies while wukong chats with them.
I find it funny Grendel and gauss are buddies and gauss is the "fast" one but Grendel is actually way faster in his ball
Her balefires can be built to be quite damadging
oberon was my main frame up until like last week, leave the man alone he's really not that bad lmfao
Great and fun video! Got yourself a new sub! Thank you
I think hildryn may be considered worse than harrow because of how hard she is to get and also solo play doesn't give an excuse for harrow to be better as both are viable both ways with hildryn being insanely strong and if modded right you can take advantage of the shield drop invincibility and you only need to mod one stat for her energy instead of mass micromanaging
She is worse than Harrow because she literally is worthless in low level content. She 100% can not replenish her shields through her abilities if you are fighting anything under level 40 because they just don't have enough armor or shields. They can still rip through her shields though due to there being no form of damage mitigation to shields.
Baruuk is the only reason I still play this game
You can passively hear bonk getting madder as this goes on
Lets just establish whats relevant, T1 fully Modded frames
T2 modded with meta augments
T3 that plus helminth
T4 meta minmax wit helminth and archon shards/invigoration
Based on what Bonk said hes looking for, only use T1 and T2 comparisons.
Firstly thanks for including me in the video :)
Secondly I think you misspoke or misunderstood my comment on Lavos vs Limbo. I think Lavos outperforms Limbo slightly in most situations because he has more build diversity. But if we were just stuck on let's say base frames with no mods then Limbo wins
Nobody is talking about unmodded frames.
i have to agree with all of this but oberon? definitely getting put down cause everyone only sees him as eidlon energy/immune to status or healing, he’s more capable and not necessarily with surviving but DAMAGE, hallowed reckoning while stripping armor + any viral weapon like prob cernos, no level cap is surviving the bloody murder, but i typically run pure range instead of strength, blinding myself and lagging my game in steel path, sure there could be a better stripper but he definitely does better stripping and damage than ash even could, besides who needs to be invisible the entire game when u can cc with hallowed grown, hella extra armor and healing which can be topped with adaptation, only down side is ur frames dropping after too many enemies but u can lock down an area just like octavia/khora but better damage and faster aswell i never needed to sub an ability in oberon but i’d think surge or gloom could be the cherry ontop if we’re taking rage for energy into account and i typically use this solo so using slow or speed nova + other warframes like nidus/wisp or even nekros for extra look is viable, sadly warframe has gotten to the point no one runs with friends to create a synergy, most will disagree with me but i recommend trying before leaving a hate comment
I'm not suprised at all that Gauss got a W.
He's just built diffrent. Yea, Grendel is very good, but Gauss is BROKEN.
Wow. I am surprised you pronounced my name correctly. Thank you.
I was being a bit of a contrarian, but still think ash is slightly worse than Atlas
I think I commented with helminth consideration as well
I wish trinity got buffed.
I didn't think people still used Gara's 3 I basically helmithed that away since I never pressed it.
10:48 frost is statistically better..
hey CC potential is quite high and his ability to enhance damage is quite powerful. He is good synergy, and some flexibility that Excalibur just is lacking.
I personally play neither but frost>Excal
I'm the equinox vs ember. Ember does what shes supposed to do... better than equinox. Ember had energy problems but her kit is still quite good.
Any frame can do sp interception and defense...
@@giles.9862 some better and more effectively than others. Also kinda late, lol.
Love the algorithm my man! I'm very please do to have found your channel. Great work keep it up you've earned my sub
This was a really good video. Really enjoyed this video.
It would seem I an early to a video. Now time to sit back and be entertained by another one of your amazing videos.
Who ever put hildryn in this list is trippin hildryn is one of the strongest frames with her balefire being strong af, pillage being one of the best armor strips in the game, and a way for her to cc great.
nekros.... and health conversion, and equilibrium... matched with despoil.
11:44 thx for quoting me
Now I'm curious who win's / losses between inaros and yareli.
i'm enjoying the vids but my braincells are dying with the reasonings
14:14 bro did NOT just use imperial march lofi

A second word on Octavia: her buffs are so horribly finicky, even if Protea has trouble at staying alive in the long run and there are plenty of examples showing people using Octavia very well, I'd still call her better than that musical mess.
I think there around the same level if I’m reading their stats, right
Xaku uses evasion as his primary form of survivability, which is unreliable
Yareli has 90% they are in 200% damage vulnerability on one of her powers has tornadoes that the squad can use, and immobilizes enemies so incredibly powerful
But xaku’s infinity scaling damage an armor strip makes him a strong contender however he just doesn’t have quite as much control in a mission as a Yareli would
You’re really is fractionally and I do mean this fractionally better than Xaku when played by somebody competent to add insult to injury as to why I think this you can just slap 100% armor strip on any frame using pillage, or terrify hell there’s a operater abilities in Unariu that do the same thing but you cannot just put 200% base damage vulnerability on any warframe 💀 although she likes infinitely scaling damage she will hit harder with guns and provide more to a squad than a xaku
So she is fractionally just fractionally better because infinitely ceiling damage means a lot but Yareli allows the squad to take advantage of stuff like xaku’s grasp of lohk she’s a great enabler
banshee best frame, big number go brrrrrr
I bet the final will be Yareli vs Hydroid.
_My guy called Nezha a girl!_
*WE GOT ANOTHER ONE BOI'S*
The lord bonk. Guys you gotta join his discord it’s great😊. You’ll love it
Pre-Biting Frost, Frost was trash. Now he's mediocre with still cockblocking bullets. C'mon. Gara doesn't do this!
This was an interesting vid thanks for the content
tbh I wouldnt be surprised if nyx won the whole tourney
Revenant got reworked and I missed it??? Thought rhino would've won
You put khora instead of gyre in 2nd round at the final screen
Grendel is known as the vore frame, yw
hell yeah bonk came out with with heat 😩
based on this video i want to bet the final match up will be Hydroid vs. Yareli.
W
I am so glad we share opinions on xaku you get a like and sub for that 😂😂
Banshee v baruuk is a joke. Banshee can scale leagues higher than baruuk ever can.
You actually pronounced "забыл выйти из аккаунта" pretty well for one who probably doesn't learn russian.
Xaku God
lol are you really surprised wukong got voted as worse?
******* *********
that's why
