Hey guys if u still can’t connect make sure you’re actually signed in. PlayStation sometimes randomly logs me out. Settings>Account Management>Sign In, Hope I helped.
The only thing shit about PlayStation is the servers and software. There’s always something wrong like I always try to connect a credit card to my PlayStation and it always says it’s wrong and then always signs me out of my psn for some reason and never wants to connect to my wifi even tho my phone and other devices connect without a problem
Idk I feel like there is an outage but I'm not 100% sure they said that they were messing with the ISP but idk if that has anything to do with what is happening right now to alot of us ps4 players

On WiFi I can log to PSN but not on lan cable?? I did the switch from WiFi to Lan cable then copying the IP adres and all the rest tried all your advices restarted the router and still can’t log on psn with lan cable

Some of you can try rebuilding your database Step 1: turn off the ps4 completely step 2: press and hold the power button till you hear two beeps step 3: go to rebuild database

This has to be one of the most frustrating problems try putting your PS4 on safe mode to check for an update ,if other approaches don’t work phone Sony ,my PS4 just happened to work again one day

After few research this worked for me, using google dns Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection Select WiFi or LAN depending on how your PS4 is connected to your router Select Custom and use the following parameters: IP Address Settings: Automatic DHCP Host Name: Do Not Specify DNS Settings: Manual Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4 MTU Settings: Automatic Proxy Server: Do Not Use

Check the cable u should see cat5 , cat6 cat6e cat7 I think cat8 I can't remember but they all have ranges i think cat 5 is 1-10 mbs u can look them up
Don’t contact Sony, waste of fucking time, all you have to do is contact your internet providers technical support, and tell them that your having problems with you PlayStation 4 Console Sony Banned Your IP Address Due To A potential Threat, such as someone DDOSING You, and such on, Sony does this because there could be someone who has your IP or internet’s info and was trying to hack into the PlayStation servers, Sony noticed this and that’s why your Internet Is banned from psn, Anyway, Tell them you need to change your router or modems IP And Mac Address, and they should help you from there, took ab 30 minutes but I’m back on and I’m happy 💯 if there’s any questions just reply and I’ll help you!

Jasmine also if you have a laptop or something that can use WiFi, and you got a Ethernet, use a vpn on your laptop then connect you ps4 through Ethernet to ur laptop and go lan cable connection on your PS4, it should work then too, if you have problems still look up on RUclips how to use a VPN on your PS4,

Everyone go to 3:16 if ur ps4 is failing to connect to the PlayStation network this is the only one that worked for me and worked perfect

Sellout it’s true. With Lan Cable I get 150mps without I get 200mps.
There's on 2 reasons for that either ur cable is out of date or your router cable is out of date
