IMPORTANT : to anyone still experiencing this, the solution that will 100% work is to log in to your account through the playstation app. You’ll then be prompted to accept the new terms of service. That’s the thing blocking you from logging in.
After that, just turn your PS5 back on and enjoy playing :)

If none of these work for you, here's what I did that made it work for me. Click on your ps plus logo in the upper corner. Update your profile settings (I guess it happens when they change terms or something). Once do that, you're good to go.

A glitch just happened to me where I couldn't sign in after checking "trust this browser". I disables 2 step verification and re-enabled it (on another device) and it fixed login failed issue

None of these worked for me. BUT, here’s what did.
Go to SETTINGS > ACCOUNT MANAGMENT > SIGN IN.
Apparently I was signed out somehow. Just enter the email you’ve created and password. Went back on for me. 😮‍💨 sigh of relief.
