A randomizer tool would be great! It could randomize the rotation as well as the placement of objects, maybe along a tool path (ie; instead of equally spaced they could be grouped into two's or three's or one's or some of each).
That's a great Idea Steve! My only wish is to be able to import and export my art Library like you can with the cut library. I bought a new computer and didn't realize what a mess my art library was. lol
You got my vote Steve ! I've had to do the same thing as you, Reorganizing each item is time consuming, having something built into Lightburn would be awesome. Great idea !!
I went to the site and on the suggestions under trending you can click on it a sort by Trending, Recent, Most Wanted, Most Discussed, Planned, Started, Completed and Declined. I will vote for your suggestion but it's also cool to see what they already completed, planned and to Most Wanted is very interesting to read. Good video buddy.
Steve, I'm looking for a way to do a cut and paste so that I can send it to a client for their approval. Now I'm printing it out ,then scanning and then attaching to an email. I'm sure there is a better way.
Yes, there is. Select the entire image. Go to preview. Turn off the traversal moves. Chose the option to save the image. Save as a .jpg. Then email the .jpg. How's that?
I have a touch pad but I’ll hook my mouse up to it and see how that goes but I’d still prefer to not need anything external as I take and use the laptop all over the place lol
@karenamurray1962 a regular mouse, will be an improvement. But a mouse with a trackball and scroll wheel will give you the features you are looking for.
It’s 4am here in the UK. I’m just having a coffee but I’ll go get the laptop and dig out a mouse and give that a try, thank you for pointing that out 💖
@@HoboWithWood So I’ve got a mouse sorted, it’s easier to access bits but the scrolling or page navigation would 100% be beneficial when using Lightburn, as with most applications. Just a slider bar at the bottom and side of page… I know you can highlight an object but when in design mode ease of navigation around the page should be paramount. I actually only replied to email notification about your RUclips post… I’ll get RUclips up on the TV now and watch what you were talking about other than suggestions on improvements to Lightburn 💖
Wood grain generator. Like add wood frame to your truck bed rail rather than crosshatch. Lol.
Voted, great idea 👍🏼
Yay! Thank you!

I Like it Steve. On the side my Mother Maiden name is Fortner.

Have you ever done slate coasters? If so please send me the link for your supply source. Thank you
Keep up the amazing job
With everyone doing slate coasters, it is not something I have ventured into... yet.
Done, count was 23 at the time
Great Idea Steve. Voted

Great idea Steve. I just added my vote for it. Hopefully the powers to be will see it and add this function for us.
Great idea Steve
Thanks 👍
I like the Idea!
If you'd like to see it in Lightburn, be sure to go to the forum and vote for the suggestion.
Good idea Steve
Thanks 👍
I’d really love better scrolling , zooming in and out with precision… I can’t think of a better way of putting it!
I struggled with some of those features until I got a really nice mouse. Then I was able to do so much more. amzn.to/3HKb3su
