Not bitten by Lion, he has a power because a miystical herbal liquid mixed with a Lion drop blood in his wound. Without this liquid, he died in this time.😁 So he's maybe a half mutant. Oppps spoiler alert sorry 😁
Aaron and Andrew definitely felt like two friends (roommates) who read all the reviews before hand and went in trying to one up each other with the jokes. Greg started that way but you could see the life get sucked out of him as the movie went on. Reminds me of a Community episode where they get together to watch bad movies (Kick Puncher I think) just to crack jokes. Which is probably the best category to put movies like this in. Something enjoyable to watch with friends where you don’t need to pay close attention to it.
The best part of the movie was when it finally ended. And I agree with Greg... I mostly tuned out the film while watching at home and was easily distracted by other things, like changing the bag outa my cats' litter box, or going to take a piss, and not bothering to stop the video.
Kinda? The action is pretty good and there are several good shots. I personally think it would be better if they just make it an original movie instead of incorporating Kraven and Spider-Man into it. Then again, understanding Sony, they really want those Spider-Man and MCU fans’ money.
Sony keeps trying to make spinoff films about Spidey’s villains and side characters when they could make movies about other Spider People, like Silk. She’s never been adapted for live action OR animation.
They did set her up at the end of Insomniac's Spider-Man 2, and I'm really excited to see her in that game's universe. (I know we're talking live action, I just love the games)
You know what I want? I want them to have continued these movies, make crossovers and everyone teaming up to fight a big bad. Like I wanted a movie where Kraven and Venom team up to fight Miles Warren who has been given monsters courtesy of Knull I wanted Morbius and Vulture to work together fighting bad guys and using sweet tech I wanted Cassie to pass her powers onto Julia so Sydney Sweeney becomes the new Madame Web I wanted every main character to kick Knull’s ass But I’m never gonna get that stuff cuz people hated the movies
Being in the first few decades of the internet is crazy. We are insanely harsh to things. Unfiltered, undisciplined thoughts coming out on here. There should be something to appreciate in every point of a score of a movie up to 10. But anything we deem below a 6 or even a 7 quality just gets dumped on. I hope we are more objective in the future, less knee-jerk.
I actually kinda liked this movie for what it is. An action-mob movie with superpowers. It doesn’t try to connect with Spider-Man (save for Chameleon at the end), and the action and characters are legitimately good
What I really dislike is, that they have shown different scenes in the trailer that in the end didn't appear here at all. Kraves was actually chased by snowmobiles into the storm and then the wolves got rid of them. Completely stripped here. This also happened with A Quiet Place: Day One, where they completely got rid of whole big scenes.
Actually they did set up the spiders, kind of. It was his MOTHER'S greatest fear. In one of the flashbacks about his mother she hallucinates spiders crawling all over her. You probably missed it while you were talking.
I appreciate you giving this one a chance. It's definitely not a perfect movie, but I don't think it was given a fair shake. After Morbius and Madame Web, people judged it without seeing a frame. If this had come out attached to the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies, I firmly believe it would have rocked peoples world. But 15 years later, and following the other Sony atrocities, it's fate was sealed before it even released. I think, in time, people will warm up to this one, because it's actually got some spectacular action and the father / son dynamic is pretty terrific. Not to mention - the flashback to the younger cast is actually really solid. Levi Miller is a worthy super hero / villain in the making - very physically adept, and actually suits the role. I think he will be one to watch. (I'll freely grant there is some facepalm moments - Calypso should have just been left out entirely, and the Foreigner was a really weird choice to include. If the movie had focused tighter on the family, I think it would have been better - but as is? Still very watchable - and the stunt team is second to none.
I'm with Aaron Alexander on the Foreigner. I think he's the better villain in Kraven than his father and the joke of the movie The Rhino. The Foreigner is the better adversary because of his hypnotic stare at 10 secs. I want this villain in the MCU
I haven’t seen it yet, but I tend to like movies other people hate on, so I’m still looking forward to it. And I love Aaron Taylor-Johnson, I think he’s a great actor.
I'm one of the very few people who actually enjoyed this movie. It is flawed but its not as bad as many are saying it is. I feel like people have given up on the Spiderman Sony movies cause of Morbius and Madame Web.
If anything, this movie was pretty much the last time Sony tried to squeeze money out of the Spider-Man franchise and their side characters. Rest assured, we’re not getting another Sony Marvel movie for a loooooooooong time.
I love this movie because of how bad it is 😂 I have never had that much laughter watching a bad film since The Room. That has truly become my favorite Sony film.
I gave this a 5/10 I really feel Kraven would have been an awesome edition for the MCU played by Jason Momoa. Just sucks Sony won’t just let marvel use all the characters they want then just take a check for it instead of miss using them so poorly
Greg I’ll say this again basically those killing the animals in this movie are poachers not respecting hunters who do respect the animals who are just feeding there families with far more healthy meat then what’s in the stores.
The famous "she died and I never saw her again line" is funny and poorly written but, in fairness, comic Calypso's power-set includes resurrection of the dead.
This movie kept me awake at night.. Like Ryan Gosling in PAPYRUS.. Would stay up that night trying to edit the movie in my head to make it less bad... BUT I COUDNT 😂😅😅😅
it was imo a fun movie to turn your brain off to it might be the first “villain” from a sony spiderman spin off where i want to see them interact and the only complaint i had was that they underuses calypso and the introduction to chameleon is pretty much useless since we probably wont see him again. But it was a nice nod to Jackal giving him the serum to get his powers
Wont lie I feel like they got the go ahead for this to be rated R halfway thru making it. Cause a pretty much all of the gore kills on either on screen for half a second or in the background and outta focus.
Haven’t watched the reaction yet but personally I didn’t hate this movie was it the best ofc not but it was enjoyable to me the actor did his thing I was satisfied for sure
Ooooh I get it now. Watching this film cut down, visually censored & w/running commentary as a reaction video is more exposure than I'll ever need. So thank you fellas! Approx. 8 mins of solid entertainment scattered intermittently across 2+hrs of otherwise nonsensical & very often random mediocrity, along with some truly terrible acting & blatant exposition dumps throughout. I still don't think an actual synopsis is possible. I think this whole script was AI generated LOL...;-D
I didn't think it was bad, but more so boring. It was very formulaic. Very much reminded me of the vigilante thrillers of the 2000s after the Bourne Identity came out. Also reminded me of Ninja Assassin.

He essentially grew up hunting so he's highly trained.except as a hunter he's constantly looking for the most dangerous creature he can find to hunt down. Eventually it leads to him hunting spiderman in New York.
38:26 oh man...... I was hopeful at the beginning of the movie.... But this....... Why they keep doing ATJ sooooo wrong???? He's captivating, always, but this projects.... Give the man something good to lead.
True hunters don’t do it for the masculinity or trophy or anything but to provide his family with food. They also don’t do it to take a single part of the animal then leave the rest to waste. They do it with full empathy for the animal which is why they only shoot if it will be a fast near painless passing.
It’s not a …bad… movie, but it’s also not great. "stuff just keeps happening" is the best way to describe the movie 😭
Perfect for a Pitch Meeting.
“my grandmother died not long after that and i never saw her again.” A real line from this movie
Ohhhh, I think she meant her mother didn’t come back in spirit after she died
That’s it, that’s the only way that line would work
He was in the Amazon with my grandmother when she was researching spiders not long before she died and I never saw her again.
Dan Murrell's favorite line
Calisto- "She died not long after that trip and I never saw her again..." They made this movie in one take.
Ohhhh, I think she meant her mother didn’t come back in spirit after she died
That’s it, that’s the only way that line would work
"Calypso" you mean? Because "Callisto" is morlock from x-men comicbooks
@vadman5537 Lol. I didn't even notice
41:10 is what we are here to see 😂😂😂😂
Agreed. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Literally same here!
Bro that killed me, I didn't watch the movie so seeing that for the first time was hilarious
I can’t even understand why that’s in there
We’re human beings that may or may not have issues. We make noises when we’re stressed or angry
It's funny that Kraven gained his superpowers after being bitten by a lion.
He gained it after drinking the potion, you retard
Not bitten by Lion, he has a power because a miystical herbal liquid mixed with a Lion drop blood in his wound. Without this liquid, he died in this time.😁 So he's maybe a half mutant. Oppps spoiler alert sorry 😁
Is it confirmed the lion played any part in his powers? I think the potion did everything
@@jareththegoblinking3191the lion's blood dripped into to his wounds helped with what kind of powers he ended up with..but the potion did the work
So the potion just stuck the lion bits to his bits like glue while it healed him?
Let's be honest guys, nobody was cravin for a Kraven movie
Aaron and Andrew definitely felt like two friends (roommates) who read all the reviews before hand and went in trying to one up each other with the jokes. Greg started that way but you could see the life get sucked out of him as the movie went on.

"She died not long after that trip and i never saw her again"
Really?
Ohhhh, I think she meant her mother didn’t come back in spirit after she died
That’s it, that’s the only way that line would work
“We’re going to be the unpopular opinion.” That’s hilarious to say in the first 10 minutes!! 😂😅
The best part of the movie was when it finally ended. And I agree with Greg... I mostly tuned out the film while watching at home and was easily distracted by other things, like changing the bag outa my cats' litter box, or going to take a piss, and not bothering to stop the video.
The song Motherland at the very end was fire
Was the movie overhated?
Nope (or just a little)
No. It wasn't
I saw it in the cinema and i loved it
Kinda? The action is pretty good and there are several good shots. I personally think it would be better if they just make it an original movie instead of incorporating Kraven and Spider-Man into it. Then again, understanding Sony, they really want those Spider-Man and MCU fans’ money.
I’ll let you know at the end of the vid
This movie nailed the lid on the coffin of the Sony Spiderman Universe.
I think they were trying to set up some of those with Madame Webb but Madame Webb was trash so didn't set up anything.
They could've easily just use Venom as the Spidey stand-in but no, they're too unintelligent to figure that out.
I thought I read they were making a live action show with her.
You know what I want? I want them to have continued these movies, make crossovers and everyone teaming up to fight a big bad.
Like I wanted a movie where Kraven and Venom team up to fight Miles Warren who has been given monsters courtesy of Knull
I wanted Morbius and Vulture to work together fighting bad guys and using sweet tech
I wanted Cassie to pass her powers onto Julia so Sydney Sweeney becomes the new Madame Web
I wanted every main character to kick Knull’s ass
But I’m never gonna get that stuff cuz people hated the movies

You know it’s scary when the movie is already out and we are getting a reaction so early. Still tho a reel reject video so must watch!
With it doing so poorly last month in theatres, every theater wanted it GONE as quickly as possible. Thus, this film is now on digital.
It's like sony makes bad spiderman movies on purpose lol
Honestly yeah they keep pumping them out so they can hold onto the film rights
They do. It's a cash grab tax write off to keep the license. They don't care about quality in the slightest with these films lol
They do. It's a cash grab tax write off to keep the license. They don't care about quality in the slightest with these films lol
It does seem like that sometimes 😂
??????? what this isn't even sony or spideman?

Thank Buddha for reaction channels like you guys! Will not watch the movie, but will gladly support you guys watching it 😄

So excited for Andrew to react to the hobbling scene in Misery!
This movie wasn’t hated on enough imo 😂
Love yer intro, boys. I kinda want a road-trip movie with Kathy Bates and Russell Crowe for some reason now. 😂
48:08 Bullet train reference👀
So this is how I'm gonna watch Kraven. And I wouldn't want it any other way!
I'm with Aaron Alexander on the Foreigner. I think he's the better villain in Kraven than his father and the joke of the movie The Rhino. The Foreigner is the better adversary because of his hypnotic stare at 10 secs. I want this villain in the MCU

What makes you say that
I love this movie because of how bad it is 😂 I have never had that much laughter watching a bad film since The Room. That has truly become my favorite Sony film.
1:00:17 Shark, lizard, electric eel, bat, anything with incredible abilities really
Oh brother! I haven’t watched the whole thing… so I’ll watch y’all cause I made it 34:38 this far!
It’s Kravin’ time😎
I gave this a 5/10 I really feel Kraven would have been an awesome edition for the MCU played by Jason Momoa. Just sucks Sony won’t just let marvel use all the characters they want then just take a check for it instead of miss using them so poorly
The dialogue is so cringey it makes me tear up laughing 😂
Greg I’ll say this again basically those killing the animals in this movie are poachers not respecting hunters who do respect the animals who are just feeding there families with far more healthy meat then what’s in the stores.
The Reel Roomies are a top tier duo on RR. Up there with Taaron and Shejects.
The famous "she died and I never saw her again line" is funny and poorly written but, in fairness, comic Calypso's power-set includes resurrection of the dead.
The double whammy of the praper edit of the movie edit was so wild to experience haha
ATJ was good in Tenet because I didn't even realize it was him.
He's good in most things he's in. And even in this he wasn't one of the worst parts.
"They (Sony) have no money left." 😂 Church!
Okay on to more important things waiting for that Daredevil Born Again trailer reaction 😂
If there’s one thing Sony does right it’s action scenes.
The ending of Kraven left me Cravin a different ending.
I mean... it has several large servings of cheese, but I liked it as a silly action comic movie! 🧀🤷♂😎
Wont lie I feel like they got the go ahead for this to be rated R halfway thru making it. Cause a pretty much all of the gore kills on either on screen for half a second or in the background and outta focus.
We are back to the 90s level of comic book movies.
Haven’t watched the reaction yet but personally I didn’t hate this movie was it the best ofc not but it was enjoyable to me the actor did his thing I was satisfied for sure
African Cape Buffalo in Eastern Russia? God, they didn't even try.
Aaron Taylor Johnson is amazing nocturnal animals if y’all haven’t seen that react to that on the channel. 🔥🔥
He was in the Savanna with his dad when he was getting attacked by a lion right before he died
i want to watch it at the movie but i have no money so reacting to this save me money instead, thanks guys 😂
Andrew on Misery!!! CAN NOT WAIT!
The spiders come his mothers fear in the hospital before her suicide 😢
Ngl i did like this movie but come on even i scoffed a couple times especially at that strange noise Rhino did for no apparent reason
No wayyyy I watched this last night!! I loved it
Saw it in the theater and it was even worse than I thought it would be.
@42:15 I actually thought that guy's disembodied feet were part of this jumbled mess of a flick LOL!
A new trailer for Daredevil Born Again has arrived.
Trailers are spoilers now, no one should watch them.
dude so sheltered that he thinks you get splinters from tree bark? yikes!
I actually liked this movie. Didn’t think it was that bad. 😅
ATJ's American accent sometimes sounds a lot like Christian Bale's. I wonder if they have the same dialect coach.
I didn't think it was bad, but more so boring. It was very formulaic. Very much reminded me of the vigilante thrillers of the 2000s after the Bourne Identity came out. Also reminded me of Ninja Assassin.
18:17 Andrew is hearing stuff lmfao
Yet another movie where I can thank you for watching so that I don’t have to, much appreciated
If Sony still owns Spider-Man in 5yrs they should just do the Sinister Six as a Series. I want to say the movie wasn’t like Morbius because Kraven wasn’t comic book Kraven till the last 30sec. It felt like a Disney plus show
Thank you for trying to really give this film a shot Greg! Unlike those other two bozos 😅
It's Kravin' time!!
There's just something about Greg's unbridled glee watching this movie that's just infectious. I was in a terrible mood this morning [even after watching the new Daredevil trailer] and watching Greg and hearing him giggle just made me happy.
41:11 my thoughts exactly like WTF was that😂😂😂
Now I have to admit, I'm not very knowledgeable about Kravens' story and maybe that's why I liked it, but I really liked it
He essentially grew up hunting so he's highly trained.except as a hunter he's constantly looking for the most dangerous creature he can find to hunt down. Eventually it leads to him hunting spiderman in New York.
38:26 oh man...... I was hopeful at the beginning of the movie.... But this....... Why they keep doing ATJ sooooo wrong???? He's captivating, always, but this projects.... Give the man something good to lead.
Andrew is right! I swear this movie was made using chatgpt 💀
The action is cool, and both Russel and Aaron’s performances were stellar, but a lot of everything else felt super inconsistent 😅 the dialogue and odd pacing were the main issues for me
90% of the dialogue is repetition or exposition
There were no build ups, and it’s just…odd 🤣🤣 but the action sequences were well done
You know what was happening soon as they released the opening scene prior to opening in cinema lmao. That scene and some others are good, but the writers/editors simply don't know how to keep it a congruent movie from start to finish, let alone write proper dialogue, it's a bit embarrassing really for a studio like Sony to keep giving these IP's in the hands of amateurs
Personally I enjoyed it but I liked the action, along with Taylor-Johnson, Nivola and Crowe. They both did really well.
The movie, like others, has amazing bones but wasn’t put together well. I also agree there was no chemistry between Kraven and Calypso.
But overall, I had a good time.
Ariana DeBose is an Oscar and Golden Globe winner, its crazy how bad she looked in this.
Perhaps Oscar’s and golden globes are a big joke
@Sik-b sure let's go with that.
Rhino is the most un-serious villain LOL. Also, why did he keep not fully showing people what he could turn in to? He said it was painful, so why cause yourself that pain for only a half demonstration?
Watching the movie for the first time on here is amazing 🔥🔥🔥
awkward laughing, a quote fit for the PSP UMD release of this film
You said the exact same thing I thought. There's a good movie in here somewhere, unlike madame web and morbius. It just falls apart and needed some editing and decent writing and a plot
I saw the movie in theaters and it was good I dont know why people are hating on this movie so much
If only you were directors of these movies, if only you
Andrew is doing just fine.
He's nothing like the comic book character lol they wouldn't even write him properly. Kravens biggest motivation/ main motivation is hunting the most generous animals and then eventually spiderman became the biggest game. This guy just wants revenge in the movie
The chase scene was actually decent but the best shot in the entire movie is easily 54:25
this went to VOD already? 😂 its Kraven time!
The tiger blood in the trailer was enough for me to NOT see this at all, and will never see this. Same with Mademe Web, Morbius was a mistake to see.
I will say we've seen Aaron do accents for entire movies he could have for this. That was inconsistent and kinda bugged me maybe I'm just blindly into comics movie. Like even She-Hulk I liked when everyone hated it. Like I just love the characters I've grown up with being live action
1:03:05 me throughout the entire movie 😂
What if ! Kraven vs The Wolverine.... Who's will be the winner and The Perfect Beast ?🤔😁
This is the only way I’d ever watch this movie
let’s face it this is the closest ill ever get to watching this movie
