The trick in this world is for communities to pay there taxes to there communities. Government should be shut down. Communities should run there own finances. It's all about the money. Well done guys. Thank you.
Make this a project for credit to graduation for every level of school grade in order to graduate and show how this is not only the moral, correct and educated thing to do but what it actually does to pollute and or to prevent and protect the environment and be responsible citizens and good stewards of the land. i.e. also why it is against the law to pollute, and thus uphold the laws of the country. Instilling pride and discipline.
